What changes in a substitution, and what does not

A local florist builds with the stems available, so flower types may be substituted; that is the trade-off for a real hand-made arrangement rather than a factory bouquet.

Size, shape and value stay as ordered. A sender who chose a large mixed design gets a large mixed design, even if a rose has been swapped for another variety of similar color.

The catalog shows the intended look, and the photo afterward shows the real one.

What the sender sees once the bouquet is built

A photo of the finished arrangement is sent once the florist has made it, at no extra charge. The sender sees the actual bouquet, not the stock image.

For a sender who is far away, it is the closest thing to being in the room. It may arrive before the flowers do, since it follows the florist's work and not the handover. Flowers delivered to a home or an office are the same arrangement the photo shows.

If the photo shows something wrong, raise it within three days, and a replacement, a refund or a partial credit can follow.
