1. The service

Quick Flower Delivery is an order-routing platform: you place an order on our website and we forward it, with payment, to an independent local florist near the delivery address. The florist designs and delivers the arrangement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the payment method you provide.

3. Order acceptance

• Orders are accepted only after a florist confirms availability for the requested date and ZIP code.
• If no florist can fulfill the order, we will refund you in full.
• Pricing displayed at checkout is final unless we contact you about an exception.

4. Same-day delivery cutoff

Same-day delivery requires the order to be placed before the local cutoff in the recipient's time zone (typically 1:00 PM, Monday–Saturday). Cutoffs may vary by ZIP code, season, and holiday. We display the next available date at checkout.

5. Substitutions

Because flowers are seasonal and locally sourced, the fulfilling florist may substitute stems or container of equal or greater value while preserving overall style and color palette.

6. Cancellations

You may request cancellation before the florist begins the arrangement. Once design has started, cancellation is no longer possible. Email info@quickflowerdelivery.com as soon as possible.

7. Limitation of liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order is the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, allergies to specific flowers, recipient unavailability, or delays caused by weather, traffic, or address errors.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to harass recipients, send threatening messages, or commit fraud. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Quick Flower Delivery is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
