Our 72-hour guarantee
If the recipient or sender is unhappy with a delivery for any quality reason, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement or refund the full purchase amount — your choice.
How to claim
- Email info@quickflowerdelivery.com with your order number.
- Attach a clear photo of the delivered arrangement, if possible — it helps us improve the network.
- Tell us whether you'd prefer a redelivery or a refund to the original payment method.
We respond to every claim within one business day.
Why we don't accept physical returns
Fresh flowers are perishable, so shipping a bouquet back to us would only damage it. Instead, we focus on making it right with a replacement or refund.
Non-delivery and damage in transit
- If the order was never delivered, we redeliver at no charge or refund in full.
- If the arrangement arrived damaged, photos help us issue a replacement quickly.
- If the recipient was unavailable, the florist will reattempt delivery the next business day at no extra cost.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Substitutions are not a quality issue
Because each arrangement is built from the local florist's fresh inventory, occasional substitutions of equal or greater value are normal. If you require a no-substitution order, add the note to your order at checkout and we will contact you if anything is unavailable.
