Shipping & Delivery
No boxes. No warehouses. Real florists, hand delivery, all 50 states.
Effective date: January 1, 2026
How delivery actually works
Your order is forwarded to an independent florist near the recipient's ZIP code. They build the arrangement in their shop and dispatch one of their own drivers. Nothing is shipped in a cardboard box, nothing travels on a plane, and nothing sits in a warehouse.
Same-day cutoff (recipient's time zone)
Same-day delivery is generally available for orders placed before 1:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone, Monday through Saturday. Our checkout automatically reads the recipient's state and shows you which dates the local florist can actually fulfill — no guesswork.
Where we deliver
All 50 U.S. states plus the District of Columbia. Coverage spans dense metros, suburbs, and most rural ZIP codes. If a particular ZIP code has no participating florist on a given day, checkout will tell you immediately.
Browse coverage by state on our locations page.
Delivery windows
- Same-day: typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM at the delivery address.
- Future-dated: schedule any date up to 30 days in advance.
- Funeral / time-sensitive: add the service time to your order notes and the florist will prioritize delivery before that time.
Acceptable delivery locations
- Homes and apartments
- Offices, hotels, and event venues
- Hospitals (subject to facility hours and patient transfers)
- Funeral homes and places of worship
- Schools and universities (subject to institution policy)
Delivery fees
Delivery fees vary by ZIP code and start at $14.99. The exact fee for the recipient's address is shown at checkout before you pay — there are no hidden charges added later.
Major holidays
Around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and the December holidays, we recommend ordering 2–3 days early. During peak windows, cutoff times move earlier and delivery windows widen.
Recipient not home?
The florist will leave the arrangement in a sheltered location when safe, attempt to reach the recipient by phone, or arrange a free redelivery. We never simply abandon a bouquet.
