Inverness, MS Flower Delivery, Hand-Delivered

Indianola holds the courthouse, Inverness holds the address

The town lies in Sunflower County, MS, where Indianola, MS is the seat. Ruleville, Drew, Moorhead and Sunflower share the county, so a sender who knows only the county has still not chosen a town.

Isola, MS and Moorhead, MS are the closest listed neighbors, and Belzoni, MS and Leland, MS are nearby too. A recipient who says Inverness may receive mail from any of them, so the envelope should decide the listing.

Four neighboring counties touch Sunflower: Bolivar County, MS, Coahoma County, MS, Leflore County, MS and Washington County, MS. None changes the order for an Inverness address, but each has its own florists if the recipient lives there.

Inverness flower delivery for 867 people who know each other's doors

With 867 people counted in 2020 on about 1.4 square miles, nearly every order for flowers goes to a house on a short street. The recipient's neighbors will probably see the delivery, which makes a clear card matter more.

The ZIP code is 38753. Put it in the order with the street and a landmark, since a house number alone can be missing on older homes.

Flower delivery in Inverness, MS follows Central time. An order that clears the line, before 1 PM Central time, goes out that day; anything later waits. Delivery runs Monday through Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM, and Sunday delivery is not available, which makes Saturday the last delivery day of the week.

Other Invernesses and the order that goes astray

California, Colorado, Florida and Illinois all have an Inverness, and a sender who types the name without a state can start an order for flowers in any of them. The error shows up only when the flowers do not arrive.

To send flowers to Inverness, Mississippi, read the order summary before paying: MS, ZIP 38753, and the Central time cutoff. A Florida order would run on Eastern time and a California order on Pacific time.

A reader who typed Inverness MS into a phone, looking for a flower shop in Inverness, can place the order on this page. A florist in Inverness or near it arranges the piece by hand.

What a swap of stems does not touch

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand. The arrangement itself does not change: size, shape and value stay as ordered, and the florist takes care to keep the look close.

Say a color and leave the flowers to the florist. A recipient remembers that the bouquet was yellow long after forgetting which flowers were in it.

For same day flower delivery in Inverness with a special request, such as no lilies for an allergic guest, put the request in the order; florists near Inverness cannot promise it, but it can be noted.

After the florist has made it: a photo in the sender's inbox

A photo of the finished arrangement is sent once the local florist has made it, at no extra charge. The sender sees the real flowers, not a catalog image.

That matters to a sender in another state who cannot drive over to check. It also lets the sender describe the arrangement to the recipient, who may call to say thanks.

A card can be checked in the same photo, which is useful when the message carries a name or a date. A birthday in Inverness marked with flowers delivered on Saturday is the classic case.

A plant that stays or a bouquet that shines for a week

A potted plant stays in view for months; a cut bouquet is at its best for about a week. For someone who is recovering at home, a plant can outlast the get-well cards.

Sympathy flowers to Inverness can go as a plant for a family that already has many bouquets. Funeral flowers in Inverness belong at the place holding the service, with the time in the notes.

Browse the range of arrangements for sizes that fit a small table, and order flowers with a short card that names the sender. The Mississippi listing helps with other towns.

A surprise at the door and the neighbor who might sign

A surprise goes best when one person at the address has been told. Add a phone number for the recipient and a line about whether a neighbor may sign, so the flowers are not sent back from the door.

A request for the later part of the day can be typed in, but no hour is promised inside the window of 9 AM to 7 PM. Saturday is the safest day for a surprise, since Monday begins the work week again.

Flowers delivered to a workplace should name the company and a person who can accept them, and flower deliveries to an office close earlier than the window does.
