Lacombe Flower Delivery Across St. Tammany, LA

Lacombe homes near Slidell and Mandeville

The towns closest to this community with their own pages include Slidell, LA, Mandeville, LA and Eden Isle, each a short drive off. That spacing matters for flower delivery in Lacombe, LA, because a florist covering the area reaches homes on paved streets and homes down long drives, and the second kind takes longer to find.

A rural address does not change the schedule. Deliveries land between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday, and Sunday delivery is not available. It does change the detail an order needs: road name, house number, ZIP 70445 and a landmark in the notes.

A gate code, a dog in the yard or a house that sits behind another are all worth a line in the notes. None of it fixes a particular hour, but it spares the florist a second loop down the same road.

No city hall, but a full address

Lacombe is census-designated, with no city hall of its own, so orders for its 8,657 residents (2020) go to houses spread over a land area far larger than most small towns, and each address has to be complete.

Copy the town and ZIP from a recent envelope addressed to the recipient. If a home near the edge uses a neighboring name, that name belongs on the order; inside the community, the line reads Lacombe LA 70445.

Same day flower delivery in Lacombe needs the order in before 1 PM Central time, which is 10 AM for someone in Alaska and 2 PM on the East Coast.

Relatives in Covington or Folsom too

The community belongs to St. Tammany Parish, LA, a parish of 277,615 people with its courthouse in Covington. The parish page lists Covington, Folsom, Abita Springs and Pearl River, useful for a second order to a relative elsewhere in the parish.

Across the state line, Hancock County, MS in Mississippi has its own page for homes that turn out to be on that side rather than in Louisiana.

Beacon Behavioral Hospital - Northshore is the hospital in the community; for a patient there, ask the family first whether the unit accepts flowers, and give the full name as the hospital has it.

Same size, possibly a different bloom

A florist in Lacombe works with the stems on hand, so a flower type in the catalog may be substituted with a similar one. The arrangement stays fixed: its size, shape and value remain as ordered, and the look is kept as close to the picture as possible.

A lavender rose may become a lavender stock; a white lily may become a white alstroemeria. The color plan carries through, and a tall design stays tall.

A favorite flower can be named in the notes as a hope, and a Lacombe florist will read it, but the order goes ahead even if that one stem is missing.

Lacombe arrangements, photographed before they leave

After the design is finished, a photo of the finished arrangement is sent to you at no extra charge. It shows the flowers exactly as made, including any swapped stem, and it lets a sender far away see the same thing the recipient will.

Keep that photo on your phone for a few days. Complaints are accepted for three days after delivery, since flowers do not keep, and the remedy can be a replacement, a refund or a partial credit.

A potted fern or a jar of cut stems

Cut stems make the brighter entrance and fade after a week or so; a plant starts modestly and stays for months. For anniversary flower delivery in Lacombe, cut roses say more on the night; for a family that just moved in, a plant is still there long after the boxes are unpacked.

Funeral flowers in Lacombe often combine the two: a spray at the service, then a plant at the house a few days later.

A secret bouquet and who needs to know

For a surprise, tell one person in the household, so someone is home to answer the door and the flowers do not sit outside. The card carries your name; the surprise is the timing.

A surprise at work is easier to arrange than one at home, since someone is always at the front desk on a weekday. For a surprise at the house, a partner or a grown child can quietly confirm that the recipient will be in, and can make sure the dog is inside. Flowers sent for an anniversary or a birthday do not need to arrive at a set hour to land well; they only need someone there to open the door.
