Flowers Across St. Francois County, MO

Farmington Orders and Picking a Size

St. Francois County has eleven towns on it, more than any county it borders, and the first decision a sender makes is size rather than flower. A piece for a hospital room in Farmington and a piece for a front hall in Park Hills are different objects even when the catalog gives them the same name.

Parkland Health Center in Farmington and Farmington Presbyterian Manor are two of the eleven named places under St. Francois County, and both take an order better with a room number on it. The arrangement catalog shows the sizes side by side, which is quicker than working it out from a street address alone.

Eleven towns is enough that the ZIP code does real work in St. Francois County. 63601 and 63640 are the two that carry the most addresses, and an order for Leadington or Bismarck that arrives without one costs the florist a call before anything gets built.

Park Hills and Seasonal Availability

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist near Park Hills has on hand that day, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement. Across 452 square miles and six ZIP codes, that is the policy that lets an order be filled in November as readily as in May.

Roses and lilies hold up almost anywhere, while a single named garden variety is the request most likely to come back changed for a Bonne Terre address in January. What holds is the kind of piece and what it is worth, not the individual stem.

Bonne Terre and the 1 PM Line

Order before 1 PM Central time and a Bonne Terre or Desloge address is served the same business day. Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday, and Sunday delivery is not available anywhere in St. Francois County. Deliveries land between 9 AM and 7 PM, which for the 63640 ZIP code usually means the afternoon rather than first thing.

Senders in Missouri get this right more often than senders outside it, because 1 PM Central time is their own clock. From two zones west it is late morning, and the safest move for a Desloge address is to place the order the day before.

Sympathy Orders Near Leadwood

A sympathy order for a Leadwood or Farmington address is the one where the hour and the address both matter, and a standing piece belongs where the service is rather than at the house. Camelot Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Farmington is one of the places on this page where a smaller vase is the better call.

Nhc Healthcare, Desloge and Community Manor are two more of the eleven names in St. Francois County, and both are resident addresses where a low arrangement beats a tall one. The 63601 and 63628 ZIP codes cover most of that end of the county.

The rest of MO is indexed on the Missouri county page, and Ste. Genevieve County, MO is the page east of the St. Francois County line. A photo of the finished arrangement follows once the florist has made it, at no extra charge.
