South Hills, MT Flower Delivery, Order to Photo

After an order is placed, three things happen in a fixed order: a florist near the recipient makes the bouquet, a photo of it is sent, and it is carried to the door. South Hills, MT flower delivery works that way for every order, and the address is what sets it off.

Same day flower delivery in South Hills is possible for orders placed before 1 PM Mountain time, the recipient's clock. Delivery runs Monday through Saturday, and Sunday delivery is not available. A sender on the East Coast sees that line at 3 PM.

The sections cover the neighbors, the county, the size of the place, and four practical subjects: cards, offices, buildings with locked doors, and orders for several people.

Flowers meant for Helena or East Helena

A recipient who names Helena, MT, East Helena, MT or Clancy, MT when giving directions may still have a South Hills address, and the ZIP 59634 settles which page fits. Montana City, MT has a page as well, and it shares that ZIP.

Because a ZIP can cover two places, the town name on the order and the street line matter as much as the number. If the ZIP leaves any doubt, the recipient can read out the city line printed on any envelope. When a recipient's description and the envelope disagree, the envelope wins, and a minute spent on the page that matches the ZIP saves a wrong delivery.

A county page that covers South Hills too

Jefferson County, MT has Boulder as its seat, and the county holds 13,304 residents on 1,657 square miles of land. A card or an office that says county seat points to Boulder, not to this place, and Whitehall, MT and Jefferson City, MT share the county.

Across the county line, Lewis and Clark County, MT, Broadwater County, MT and Gallatin County, MT have pages. For a recipient elsewhere, start from the Montana page.

Scattered doors around South Hills

The 2020 figure is 644 people on 5.873 square miles, so an order usually goes to a house with open ground around it, and a florist in South Hills needs the street number and the recipient's full name.

South Hills is a census-designated place, so there is no town hall, and the mailing address may carry another name. Use whichever town name appears on the recipient's own return label. Flowers sent to a house with no one in tend to wait on a step, so a line in the notes about who will be home is worth adding.

What to put on the card

A card with a full name saves the recipient from phoning around to learn who sent the bouquet, and a line on why, such as a thank you or a good luck, finishes it.

A birthday in South Hills is a good occasion for a warm line, and a card for a surprise is the only clue the recipient gets. Write the signature out in full, and keep the card short, since a recipient often reads it standing at the door with the vase in hand.

Office orders: desk, hours, name

For an office, the order should carry the business name, the desk and the hours someone is in, because a bouquet left at a counter with no name attached can wait there for a long time.

Delivery runs between 9 AM and 7 PM, and an office may close earlier, so a note about closing time helps. Flowers sent to an office are easiest to place when the desk knows to expect them. For a retirement or a welcome, a sender can collect names ahead of time and put them all on one card. Bouquets for a workplace also suit a promotion or a thank you to a team, and a card signed with the name of the group is easy to share.

Doors that need a code

An apartment or a gated building needs a unit number and a note about how to reach the door. The florist works from what the order says about the door, so the detail goes in the notes.

A preferred part of the day can be requested there too. That is only a request, never a promised hour. Flower types may be substituted for what is on hand, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement. A photo of the finished arrangement is sent at no extra charge, so the sender can check it before the door opens.

A list of people, a list of orders

A sender with a list of people can place one order for each address, and the same clock applies to all of them. Orders for one address with several items are charged once for delivery, and a sender ordering for a family with several homes in the same area should use each home's own street line, since a shared ZIP does not make one address.
