Versailles, KY Flower Delivery, Not a Box

Versailles and the Towns Around It

A parcel carrier leaves a box on the step, and someone has to open it, find a vase and trim the stems. Flower delivery in Versailles skips all of that: the arrangement is made by hand, set in water and handed over finished. That matters in a Kentucky town where many addresses are homes with nobody watching the porch.

Versailles is the county seat of Woodford County, KY, which has about 27,728 residents over 190 square miles. The town uses two ZIP codes, 40383 and 40384, so check which one appears on the recipient's mail. Woodford County has no page of its own on this site, and Versailles addresses are handled here.

Nearby, Midway, KY sits in the same county and has a page of its own, and so do Lawrenceburg, KY and Frankfort, KY. If the address belongs to one of those towns, order from that page.

People often live in one town and work in another. For a workplace order, use the workplace address and the page for the town it sits in; for a home order, use the house. The mailing town printed on the recipient's letters settles any doubt.

Birthdays, Get Well and Thanks

To send flowers to Versailles for a birthday, use the home address and put the recipient's phone number in the notes. For a workplace, add the company name and the floor or department, so the arrangement reaches the right desk.

For a patient at Bluegrass Community Hospital, give the full name and a room number if you know it, and keep the design compact. Once the patient is home, a plant or a small vase arrangement is easier to care for.

A new baby arrangement is simplest once the family is home. Until then, a small design sent to the hospital with the mother's full name is the safer option.

A thank-you for a teacher, a neighbor or a coworker can be modest in size. Funeral flowers in Versailles are usually sent to the service or to the family's home, with the name of the person who died written on the order.

An anniversary design can be built around the couple's favorite colors, noted as a request, and a card that mentions the year you are marking makes it personal without costing anything extra.

Browse the Sizes First

Each design in the catalog of arrangements comes in several sizes, and the price is shown on each one. The delivery charge appears at checkout. A small piece suits a desk, a medium one a kitchen or a living room, and the largest size a service or a gathering.

Anyone searching for a flower shop in Versailles should know there is no storefront to walk into here. The order is placed online, and a florist near Versailles arranges it by hand for delivery the same day or the next delivery day.

If you are unsure, the middle size is a safe place to start. A Versailles florist builds whichever size you pick with the same care.

For an office, a medium arrangement fits a reception desk without blocking the view across it. A tall design suits a lobby or a large table where it has room to stand.

Color helps set the tone. Whites and soft greens feel calm for a hospital room or a sympathy order, and warmer yellows and pinks suit a birthday. Note any color you care about as a request.

Same Day Flower Delivery in Versailles KY

Same day flower delivery in Versailles works for orders placed before 1 PM Eastern time, which is the recipient's time. A sender on Central time sees that line at noon on their own clock; one on Pacific time sees it at 10 AM.

Delivery runs Monday through Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM. Sunday delivery is not available, so a Saturday order placed after 1 PM goes out on Monday. If a certain hour suits the recipient, note it as a request; it cannot be guaranteed.

The same-day cutoff for Woodford County addresses can be earlier near Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter and Christmas. For flower delivery in Versailles, KY on one of those dates, order a day ahead.

A sender on the East Coast shares the recipient's clock, so a morning order is simple. The squeeze is on the West Coast, where the Eastern line arrives while many people are still at breakfast, and an order placed the night before is the easier habit.

Substitutes and the Photo Sent Back

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand. There is no change in the type of arrangement, its size, its shape or its value, and the utmost care is taken to keep the design as similar as possible to the one ordered.

After the arrangement is made, a photo of it is sent to you at no extra charge. It shows the real piece, with any stand-in stems, rather than the catalog image.

A swap is always one stem for another of similar color and form, never a smaller design standing in for a larger one. If one flower matters to you above the rest, say so in the notes as a request.

For other towns in the state, the Kentucky delivery page lists every one we reach. For homes, offices and hospital rooms in Versailles, this Kentucky page covers it, from the order to the photo.
