Ness City, KS Flower Delivery, Same Day

The Town, the County and Nearby Towns

Ness City is the county seat of Ness County, KS, and the two names trip up senders who have never been there. The county covers 1,075 square miles and 2,617 people; the town is the one with the ZIP code 67560. Write the town name and that ZIP on the order, and the flowers go to the right place.

Ness County has no page of its own on this site, so every address in it starts on this page, whether it is near the courthouse or out on a farm. A similar mix-up waits next door: Ellis, KS is a town with its own page, and the page for Ellis County, KS covers a whole county with several towns.

Other towns nearby have pages too, La Crosse, KS and Jetmore, KS among them, and the Kansas delivery page gathers every town we reach in the state.

Flower delivery in Ness City, KS is made by a florist near the recipient and carried in by hand, never packed into a box and shipped.

Getting the Address Right in 67560

Write the physical street address, not a post office box, since a vase cannot fit in a mailbox. For a farm, add a note about the turnoff, the gate or the color of the house, and put the recipient's phone number on the form.

For a patient at Ness County Hospital District #2, give the full name and the room if the family has shared it, and check first that fresh flowers are allowed. A compact vase design or a small plant suits a bedside tray.

A resident at Ness County Hospital Ltcu Dba Cedar Village is reached the same way. Put the full name on the order, add the room if you know it, and choose something small enough for a windowsill. If you are not sure the resident is still there, ask the family before ordering, which saves a wasted delivery.

For an office near the courthouse, name the department as well as the person, since a county building can have several counters and an arrangement should reach the right desk.

Birthdays, Anniversaries and Thank-You Notes

A birthday bouquet arrives upright and in water, ready to set down. For an anniversary, a note about whether the couple will both be home helps the order land well.

Thank-you flowers for a neighbor, a nurse or a teacher go the same way, and new baby orders do well as compact designs that can sit out of reach. Funeral flowers in Ness City follow their own path: a standing spray or a wreath to the service, a vase arrangement or a peace lily to the family's home, with the service time in the notes.

People searching for a flower shop in Ness City are usually after a person close enough to make the piece, and no storefront stands behind this page. The design is chosen from the arrangements in the catalog, and a florist in Ness City or near it builds it by hand. That is what a search for a Ness City florist wants.

If a Flower Is Unavailable

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement. In a county of 2,617 people, a particular variety may be short on a given morning, and a bloom of similar color and form fills in.

The type of arrangement never changes, and the design is kept close to the one you chose. A photo of the finished arrangement is sent to you once the florist has made it, at no extra charge, so you can see the result before it reaches the door.

If that photo shows something wrong with the Ness County order, raise it within three days of delivery, and a replacement, a refund or a partial credit can follow.
