Flowers Hand Delivered in Wilson County, TX

Same Day Orders Out of Floresville

Order before 1 PM Central time and the flowers reach the recipient the same business day, anywhere from 78114 at Floresville out to 78160 at Stockdale. Wilson County is 804 square miles of ranch land east of the city line, so an order placed in the afternoon is an order for tomorrow rather than for today.

Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday across all four Wilson County towns, Sunday delivery is not available, and deliveries land between 9 AM and 7 PM. A Sunday service at Stockdale therefore has to be met on the Saturday before it, which is the one date that catches out senders who are not in TX.

A named hour can be put on the order as a request, but it is only ever that. What the hour on the clock actually buys in a county this size is position in the day: a morning ask for Floresville and an afternoon ask for the far side of Stockdale are both realistic, and the reverse of each is not.

Picking a Shape for La Vernia

A tall arrangement suits the entry of a La Vernia house better than it suits a hospital room at Connally Memorial Medical Center, where a low piece that fits a bedside table is the safer choice. Pick the size before the flower type in the full range of arrangements.

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement, and in a county of 55,415 people that is what keeps a Poth order on the day it was asked for. A photo of the finished arrangement is sent once it has been made, at no extra charge, so the sender sees it before the family in Floresville does.

The substitution is almost always in the supporting stems rather than in the flower the order was chosen for. A Wilson County order placed in high summer and the same order placed in February will not carry identical greenery, and both will be the size and shape that were paid for.

Poth Addresses and Four ZIP Codes

Four ZIP codes carry the whole of Wilson County: 78114 at Floresville, 78121 at La Vernia, 78147 at Poth and 78160 at Stockdale. A ranch address off the farm roads is easier to place with the ZIP code written out than with the road number alone.

Frank M Tejeda Texas State Veterans Home and Franklin Funeral Home and Monuments both sit in Floresville, and both want a name and a room or a service time on the card rather than a street number. Give them one contact number that will be answered during the working day.

Country Care Manor is over at La Vernia and Finch Funeral Chapel is out at Stockdale, so three of the county's named places are three separate drives rather than one. That is the practical difference between a county page and a town page, and it is why the town name belongs on the order.

Stockdale, Poth and the Towns Between

Four towns keep pages under this one and they do not sit in a line. Floresville is in the middle of Wilson County, La Vernia is north east of it, Poth lies south, and Stockdale is furthest east toward the Gonzales line.

Bexar County, TX lies west of the county line and Karnes County, TX south east of it, and each keeps a page of its own. Anyone unsure whether Poth sits in Wilson or in the county south of it can start from the Texas county index.
