Harris County, TX Flower Delivery

Sympathy Flowers for a Baytown Service

Harris County holds 5,009,302 people across 1,707 square miles, and a service in Baytown can draw mourners from the far side of that distance. A standing spray belongs at the chapel, where there is floor space for it, and a low vase piece is what the family carries home afterward.

An order for a patient at Houston Methodist Baytown Hospital does better as a low vase piece than as anything tall, because a windowsill is the only surface most rooms can spare. Put the patient name on the card, since room numbers change between one morning and the next.

Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday everywhere in Harris County, TX, Sunday delivery is not available, and a Monday morning service at Pasadena is therefore covered by an arrival on the Saturday before it.

A Birthday Order for Deer Park

Birthdays move differently from sympathy work. The recipient is usually at home or at a desk, and a Deer Park workplace takes an arrangement built to sit on a desk rather than on a floor. Ask for something under two feet tall if the desk is shared.

Order before 1 PM Central time for same-day flower delivery to any of the 211 Harris County ZIP codes, 77002 in the middle of the seat included. A sender on the west coast is two hours behind Texas on the clock, and that gap is what quietly costs a day.

Deliveries land between 9 AM and 7 PM, which is a long window for a county 1,707 square miles wide, and a particular hour can be asked for at Tomball without ever being promised back.

Thirty-Five Towns and One Seat

Houston is the Harris County seat, and the towns around it reach from Humble in the north east down to the bay. Each one keeps a listing of its own, so a sender who already knows the address can go straight to that town instead of guessing.

The Harris County seat alone covers more ground than several whole counties in Texas, and an order that gives only the city name leaves a florist choosing between two addresses twenty miles apart. The town listing narrows that before the order is even placed.

Piney Point Village, Bunker Hill Village and Hilshire Village are small enough to be missed on a form, and an order that names the village rather than the nearest big road reaches the right florist sooner.

Hospital and Nursing Home Addresses

Afton Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center takes flowers at reception rather than at the resident door, which is usual for a building that size. A resident name on the order is what moves an arrangement past the desk.

A hospital on the medical side of the seat and a nursing building out at 77015 are the same order with two different front desks, and the person writing it has to know which. Name the building on the order and the rest follows from there.

Once the arrangement is finished, a photo of it goes to the sender, which is how somebody ordering from another state sees the piece that actually reached the bay side. The catalog sorts by occasion before it sorts by stem.

Every other county in the state is listed on the Texas delivery index. Galveston County, TX takes over south east of the ship channel, and Montgomery County, TX holds the line to the north.
