Carson County, TX Flower Delivery

Just over 920 square miles of the Texas Panhandle sit under this page, and the distance between its edges is what shapes an order here. A stop in Panhandle and a stop out past Groom belong to one county and are a long drive apart, so the town name matters more than the county name once the order leaves the basket.

Three Towns Across 920 Square Miles

Carson County holds 5,822 people and three ZIP codes: 79068 at Panhandle, 79039 at Groom and 79097 at White Deer. Each of those three towns carries a page beneath this one with its own streets and its own named places, and the Texas county index gathers the rest of the state above it.

What 920 square miles of Panhandle country means in practice is that a good many addresses are route numbers rather than street numbers. Writing the town out in full at checkout does more for a Carson County order than any note in the message field, because the town is what a florist works from first.

A Birthday Reaching White Deer

A birthday midweek is the easiest order on this page. Something bright, sent to a house in White Deer or Groom, with nothing riding on the hour and no service to work around. The catalog sorts by occasion before it sorts by flower, which is the faster way in when the sender knows the person and not the stems.

New baby and congratulations orders travel the same road. Panhandle is the county seat and the address most senders already know how to write, but neither of the other two Carson County towns is harder to reach, and none of the three waits a day longer than the others.

Seasonal Substitution, Size Held Steady

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist working these Panhandle stops has on hand that morning. What does not move is the size, the shape and the value of the arrangement ordered, and that rule holds at a Groom address exactly as it holds at one in town.

Once the arrangement is finished, a photo of it goes to the sender at no extra charge, which on a county this wide is usually the only look anyone gets before the thank you call. Because flowers do not keep, a Carson County order has three days from arrival for anything wrong to be raised.

Ranch Addresses and Three ZIP Codes

Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday to every address in Carson County, Sunday delivery is not available, and the window on a working day is between 9 AM and 7 PM. Order before 1 PM Central time for same-day flower delivery to any of the county's three ZIP codes.

Both named funeral homes here, Boxwell Brothers and Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors, stand in Panhandle, so a service for a family living out toward Groom is a drive for them and one address for us. A Sunday service at Panhandle has to be met on the Saturday before it, which is worth knowing before anything is ordered.

For a workplace or a nursing station, a contact number left at checkout does more than a delivery instruction, and a particular hour can be asked for on a Carson County stop without being promised. The neighboring pages take over where this one stops: Gray County, TX lies to the east, and Randall County, TX sits away to the south west.
