Flower Delivery Across Duchesne County, UT

Three Towns Between Myton and Roosevelt

The town of Duchesne has its own separate page, and this one collects the county around it, so a sender with a single address in the town should use that page instead of this one.

Duchesne County is 3,235 square miles of high basin country with 20,803 people in it, and only three towns have pages of their own: the seat, Myton on the river and Roosevelt east of it.

Roosevelt is the largest of the three and carries most of the county's named addresses, while the seat and Myton are small enough that a surname is often the clearest instruction on the order. The distance between the three is the reason the town name has to be on it.

Roosevelt Addresses and Three ZIP Codes

Three ZIP codes cover the county: 84021 at the seat, 84052 at Myton and 84066 at Roosevelt. Out on the section roads a house number alone is often not enough, so the ZIP code and a phone that will be answered are both worth putting on the order.

Uintah Basin Medical Center in Roosevelt takes flowers at a front desk, and so does Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa beside it. Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday across Duchesne County, Sunday delivery is not available, and deliveries land between 9 AM and 7 PM.

A service held on a Sunday in the basin therefore has to be covered by a Saturday arrival, and that is worth settling before the arrangement is chosen rather than after. It is the detail senders from two zones east get wrong more than any other.

Seasonal Stems and Substituted Blooms

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement, and at this altitude in Utah the winter list is a good deal shorter than the summer one. A Myton order in February is built from what is actually in the cooler that morning.

A photo of the finished arrangement is sent once it has been made, at no extra charge, which for a sender outside UT is the only look at the Roosevelt door it reached. The size and the shape that were asked for do not move.

Pick the size against the room rather than against the flower type, since a piece with height needs a hall table or a floor and the older houses in Duchesne County do not all have one.

A Get Well Order for Roosevelt

Order before 1 PM Mountain time and a get well arrangement reaches the recipient the same business day at any of the three Duchesne County ZIP codes. A hospital stay in the basin is usually short, so the morning half of the window is the one worth asking for.

If the discharge date is uncertain, send to the house instead. A get well arrangement that waits on a kitchen table in Roosevelt is a better result than one that reaches a room somebody left an hour earlier, and the address costs nothing to change before the order is placed.

Carbon County, UT lies south west over the ridge and Uintah County, UT east along the basin. The other counties in Utah are gathered in the Utah county index, and each of the three towns here keeps a page beneath this one. The full range of arrangements is sized the same way at every address.
