Union County, SD Flower Delivery

Six Towns And Five Postal Codes

Union County is 461 square miles, the smallest area on this stretch of the state line, and six towns keep listings of their own beneath it. Elk Point is the seat, with Dakota Dunes and North Sioux City at the far corner.

The five postal codes run from 57001 at Alcester to 57049 at Dakota Dunes, and the town page is the better place to start when the town is already known. This page exists to collect them rather than to replace them.

About 17,402 people live in this corner of South Dakota, and the distance between the two ends of Union County, SD is short enough that a morning order and an afternoon order usually land on the same day.

An Office Address At Dakota Dunes

An office delivery in Union County wants the employer name on the order next to the recipient, or a reception desk ends up holding a piece nobody has claimed. An apartment needs the unit number, because a building name alone leaves a courier at the wrong door at Dakota Dunes.

Dunes Surgical Hospital takes flowers at its own reception rather than at the room, so the patient name matters more on the order than any ward detail does. A narrow vase suits a bedside better than anything with width to it.

Order before 1 PM Central time for same-day flower delivery to a Union County address, whether that is at Dakota Dunes or out at Jefferson. A sender two zones west is working against a deadline that falls mid morning on their own clock.

Sympathy Flowers For Beresford Families

Bethesda of Beresford and Alcester Care and Rehab Center both take deliveries at a front desk, and a named resident on the order gets a piece there faster than a room number will. Rooms change between one week and the next.

A standing piece belongs at the chapel where the service is held, and the vase is what goes to the family house at Elk Point afterwards. Something two people can carry between them is the size that gives least trouble once a Beresford room starts to fill.

Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday to all six Union County towns, Sunday delivery is not available at Alcester or at Elk Point, and arrivals fall between 9 AM and 7 PM. A Sunday service at North Sioux City has to be met on the Saturday before it.

A Thank You Order For Jefferson

Thank you and congratulations pieces travel best to a workplace, where somebody is reliably in during the working part of the window. A house at Alcester is the better address on a Saturday morning.

The catalog sorts by occasion first and by flower second, which shortens the list before anybody starts comparing stems. Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand, with no change to the size, the shape or the value of a Union County arrangement.

A photo of the finished piece reaches the buyer at no extra charge once the florist has made it, which for a 57049 order placed from out of state is the only view of it. Anything that looks wrong at a Dakota Dunes or Elk Point address has three days from the arrival to be raised.

Every county in South Dakota is collected on the state delivery pages. Lincoln County, SD begins north of Beresford, while Woodbury County, IA lies over the river to the east and keeps a page of its own.
