Flowers Hand Delivered in Edgefield County, SC

A Funeral Spray For Johnston

A death in a county of 29,455 people is rarely a private matter, and the flowers that follow tend to go to two places rather than one. A spray sized for the room where the service is held is a different order from the low vase that goes to the family house afterward, and the two seldom share a street.

Edgefield Post-Acute takes deliveries at the front entrance, and a resident name spelled the way the staff has it does more good than a room number. The three ZIP codes on this page are 29824, 29832 and 29860, and an order carrying one of them rarely needs a phone call to complete.

What 1 PM Means Here

Order before 1 PM Eastern time for same-day flower delivery to any of the three Edgefield towns, and an order placed later becomes a next-day order instead. Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday, Sunday delivery is not available anywhere on this page, and arrivals land between 9 AM and 7 PM.

Senders in the mountain and pacific zones are the ones who misjudge it, since 1 PM in South Carolina has already passed while their own morning is starting. An order placed the night before removes that problem for good.

An hour can be requested on the order and passed along, though it cannot be promised, and for a 29824 address on a Saturday morning the earlier request is the one that works.

Three ZIP Codes, One Address

A rural address in Edgefield County is a different job from an apartment number in a city. What helps is the mailbox side of the road, a gate that opens, and a name that matches what is on the box, and all three fit on the order form.

A workplace address is the safest bet across 501 square miles, because the building is open through the day and somebody signs for it. Murphys Estates sits at the far end from Johnston, and an order that names the town as well as the street saves the guesswork.

Choose By Room, Not Photo

Flower types may be substituted for whatever the florist working near Edgefield has available that day, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement ordered. Once it is finished, a photo of the arrangement is sent to the sender at no extra charge.

Pick by where the piece will stand rather than by how it looks on a screen, and the arrangement catalog sorts by size for exactly that purpose. Height is the measurement senders forget most often.

The town of Edgefield keeps a separate page of its own, so Edgefield covers the streets while this page covers the county around them; Johnston and Murphys Estates each have one too. Every county page in SC hangs off the South Carolina delivery index, and Greenwood County, SC is the next page north of here.
