Aiken County, SC Flowers, Town by Town

Condolence Flowers at Graniteville

George Funeral Home at Aiken handles services for families from several of the towns on this page, and an order sent there needs the family name and the service hour in the notes. A home going to Graniteville instead takes a vase piece, which needs nothing doing to it on arrival.

Standing sprays belong at the service itself, on a stand, in a room somebody has measured. Rowland-Ford Funeral Home at North Augusta is at the far western end of these 1,071 square miles, and a sender who writes only the town risks an order sitting at the wrong end of Aiken County for an afternoon.

Ordering Before 1 PM for Wagener

Order before 1 PM Eastern time and same-day flower delivery is open to any of the sixteen ZIP codes here, 29164 through 29861. The hour belongs to the recipient, so a sender two zones west has less of the morning than the clock on the wall suggests.

Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday to Wagener, North Augusta and the eleven other towns on this page, Sunday delivery is not available, and the window on a working day is between 9 AM and 7 PM.

Seasonal Swaps and Steady Value

Flower types are substituted for whatever the florist can source that morning, and the utmost care goes into keeping the result close to the design ordered. What never changes is the type of arrangement: the size, the shape and the value hold, whether the address is in South Carolina or anywhere else on the map.

A photo of the finished arrangement is sent once the florist has made it, at no extra charge. That picture settles the question a substitution raises before the sender has to ask it.

Heat is the practical reason the swap exists. From June through September a stem that looked right in a Wagener cooler on Monday is not the same stem by Friday, and a florist who substitutes rather than sending a tired flower is doing the order a favor.

Hospital and Workplace Addresses at Aiken

Aiken Regional Medical Center takes flowers at the main desk, not at a ward door, so a patient name and a room number are worth more on the order than any note about timing. Nhc Healthcare - North Augusta works the same way at the other end of the county.

An office address needs a floor, a company name and somebody who will still be at the desk in the afternoon. About 179,245 people live here, most of them within reach of the two larger towns, and the 29801 to 29803 codes carry the heaviest share of workplace orders on this page.

Aiken County spreads those sixteen codes over more ground than most pages on this site, so an order carrying only a company name and a town can lose an hour before anybody has picked up a flower. A suite number costs nothing to add and saves the whole of that hour.

The city of Aiken has a separate page of its own, and this one collects the towns around it. Sort the catalog by size before ordering into any of these sixteen ZIP codes, because a hall table in a Wagener farmhouse and a reception counter at North Augusta are not the same surface. Barnwell County, SC lies to the southeast and Edgefield County, SC to the north, while the South Carolina flower delivery index lists every other county in the state.
