Union County, PA Flower Delivery

A New Baby In Lewisburg

Union County is small, 316 square miles, and almost everything medical in it happens at one address: Wellspan Evangelical Community Hospital in Lewisburg. New baby orders go there more often than anywhere else, and a short stay means the flowers are better sent to the house if the family is already home.

Birthdays, anniversaries and thank-you orders spread out across the rest of the towns. Mifflinburg, New Berlin and West Milton are each a short run from the seat, which is the advantage of a compact county.

About 42,159 people live inside those 316 square miles, a small enough place that a get well order and a thank you order in the same week often go to the same street. A phone number on the order earns its place at any address in 17844 or 17855, where a house number can sit a long way back from the road.

Same Day Orders To Mifflinburg

Place the order before 1 PM Eastern time and same-day flower delivery can reach any of the five Union County ZIP codes. Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday from 17837 at the seat out to 17886 at the western end, Sunday delivery is not available, and the window is between 9 AM and 7 PM.

A compact county is a forgiving one. At 316 square miles Union County is among the smallest in Pennsylvania, so an order placed close to that hour still has a realistic afternoon in front of it, which is not true of the big northern counties.

Union County sits in a single time zone, so the only arithmetic a sender has to do is the gap between their own clock and Eastern. An order placed past that hour on a Saturday waits for Monday, and in a county of five ZIP codes that is the one delay worth planning around.

Choose A Size For A Porch

A fair share of deliveries here end up on a covered porch when nobody answers, so the shape matters. A weighted low arrangement stays put; a tall vase does not. Choose accordingly, and if the address is a student rental near the seat, a cell number on the card is worth more than a delivery note.

Substitution is the other thing worth reading before ordering. A florist swaps a stem for what the cooler holds that morning, and the type of arrangement, its size, its shape and its value do not change. The catalog is the reference for what each design looks like built, and a photo of the finished arrangement follows once it leaves.

Sympathy Flowers Around New Berlin

Services in the smaller Union County boroughs draw people back from a long way off, and the piece has to be at the building while they are in it. Oak Glen Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center at Lewisburg takes flowers for residents, and a room number saves a walk around the building.

Two of the six listings under this page are easy to miss: Linntown sits against the seat and New Columbia sits out on the river road. The rest of the state is at Pennsylvania flower delivery, Snyder County, PA lies south across the river and Lycoming County, PA begins north of the Union County line.
