Adair County, OK Flower Delivery

Seven Towns Under One Page

Adair County runs to 574 square miles of eastern Oklahoma and holds about 19,821 residents, and all seven of its town pages sit beneath this one. Stilwell is the seat and the largest of them, and it carries the 74960 ZIP code. Westville holds 74965 over in the north east corner.

The smaller places take their mail through the same four ZIP codes. Chewey and Cherry Tree sit north of the seat, with Fairfield, Rocky Mountain and Lyons Switch spread through the hills between them. An order for any of those three is worked from the 74960 side rather than from 74964.

There is also a town called Adair in Oklahoma, a long way north west of this county line, and Adair keeps its own city page rather than the county page you are reading now. The two share a name and very little else.

The 1 PM Line for Stilwell

Order before 1 PM Central time for same-day flower delivery to a Stilwell or Westville address, and the same hour applies at all four Adair County ZIP codes without adjustment. Oklahoma stays on Central time the whole year, so a sender on the west coast is working to a mid-morning deadline at home.

Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday everywhere inside Adair County, OK, Sunday delivery is not available, and arrivals land between 9 AM and 7 PM. An order placed late on a Saturday for Cherry Tree therefore moves to Monday rather than to the next morning.

Room Numbers and Rural Addresses

A house number in Westville is easy. A room at Memorial Hospital in Stilwell is not, unless the order carries a floor or a unit with it. Stilwell Nursing and Rehab is the same: the desk holds whatever arrives without a resident name attached to it.

Rural routes out toward Chewey and Rocky Mountain are the addresses worth a second line. A box number with no road name puts the flowers at the wrong turning, and a contact number the recipient actually answers settles it faster than any note in the order can.

Picking a Shape for Westville

A sympathy order for a service in Adair County is usually a standing piece, sized for the room it will sit in rather than for a doorstep. For a hospital bed in Stilwell the opposite holds: low and compact beats tall, because the bedside table is the only flat surface there is.

Flower types get substituted for whatever the florist has on hand that morning, with no change to the size, shape or value of what was ordered. Once the arrangement is finished, a photo of it goes to whoever paid, at no extra charge, and for a sender two time zones from Adair County that picture is the only account of how the flowers arrived.

Three days is the window for raising anything that looks wrong, and across 574 square miles a second run the same afternoon is rarely quick, so what follows is a replacement, a refund or a partial credit.

West of here Cherokee County, OK takes over, and north of here lies Delaware County, OK. Every other county in the state is gathered in the Oklahoma county index, and the shapes an Adair order can take are set out in the arrangement catalog.
