Bernalillo County, NM Flowers by Hand

One thousand one hundred and sixty one square miles is a long way for a single page to answer for. A recipient in the South Valley and a recipient up at Cedar Crest both sit inside Bernalillo County, and the drive between them crosses a mountain, which is why the florist who takes one order is not the one who takes the other.

Orders placed before 1 PM Mountain time go out the same working day. Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday, Sunday is not available, and arrivals fall between 9 AM and 7 PM.

Substitution and the Albuquerque Order

Flower types are substituted for what the florist has on hand that morning, and the arrangement type is held: the size, the shape and the value stay exactly as ordered. At this altitude and in this climate the available stems change faster than a catalog page can.

A photo of the finished arrangement is sent to the sender at no extra charge once the florist has made it. For anyone ordering from outside New Mexico that photo is usually the only proof of what actually arrived.

Same Day Orders, Tijeras and Isleta

The cutoff belongs to the recipient, so a sender on the east coast has an hour less than the clock in front of them suggests, and a sender on the west coast has one more. Either way the deadline is read here.

An order for the 87102 ZIP code downtown and one for the 87059 ZIP code out east are worked to the same hour. A specific arrival time can be requested and cannot be promised, because one run covers many stops.

Towns Beyond the Albuquerque Line

Albuquerque is the county seat and by far the largest listing, but sixteen others sit beside it, among them Tijeras, Isleta and Cedar Crest. Each holds its own ZIP codes and its own named places.

Bernalillo County is the most populated county in the state, with 671,747 people, and most of them live within a few miles of the seat. The seventeen listings still matter, because the edge of the county is nothing like the middle of it.

Bernalillo is also a town of that name with its own separate Bernalillo listing, and it is not the same page as this county. A sender who means the town should follow that link rather than order from here in NM.

ZIP Codes and Hospital Deliveries

Bear Canyon Rehabilitation Center in Albuquerque is one of the named places on this page, and a delivery to a room there is signed for at a desk. A resident name is more useful than a room number, since people move between wings.

More named places are listed under Bernalillo County than under most pages in NM, so the one written on the order should be spelled out in full. The catalog shows every design at the size it is sold in, which decides whether a piece suits a tray or a hallway.

Sandoval County, NM lies north of here and Valencia County, NM begins to the south, with the rest of New Mexico on the state index.
