Flowers Delivered in Elko County, NV

A Birthday Order, Spring Creek

A birthday order into a town of a few thousand lands on a house rather than in a lobby, so height is not the constraint it would be at a workplace. Anniversary and thank you orders behave the same way out here, and most doors get answered by somebody who knows the recipient. Osino is a short hop from the seat; Owyhee is most of a day.

Where the recipient works a shift pattern, the evening address is the safer target, and 54,363 people spread over this much ground means very few addresses are a short walk from anywhere else. Eight towns and one very long road mean the room is unknown, and the catalog gives the shipped size of every design. Carlin at 89822 and Spring Creek at 89815 are the two easiest addresses under this page to reach on the same afternoon.

Substituted Stems, Unchanged Size

Flower types may be substituted for what a florist near the recipient has on hand, and the type of arrangement never changes with them: size, shape and value all hold. That policy carries more weight in a county this remote, because the cooler is smaller and the choice narrower than it would be in a city. Nothing about that changes because the map is empty between the towns.

A photo of the finished piece reaches the sender once a florist near Elko has made it, at no extra charge. Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital takes arrangements at the front desk, and Highland Manor of Elko Rehabilitation works the same way a few minutes away. A photo also settles what a swapped stem actually looked like.

1 PM Pacific, Wells and Carlin

An order placed before 1 PM Pacific time reaches an Elko County address the same business day, and the label is the one to work to even at the eastern edge of the map. A sender on the east coast has until four in the afternoon to decide. A sender in the far west has the whole morning, which is more room than most get.

Delivery runs Monday through Saturday across Nevada, and Sunday delivery is not available, so a Sunday service means a Saturday arrival. Deliveries land between 9 AM and 7 PM at any of the eight towns. A parcel to Jackpot is addressed NV even though the nearest large town sits over the northern line, and the label reads NV at Wells too.

Eight Towns, One Enormous Map

Spring Creek carries 89815, Wells holds 89835, Carlin keeps 89822 and Jackpot sits at 89825 on the northern line. Seven ZIP codes cover the eight towns between them.

The town of Elko keeps a separate city page of its own, covering 89801, and this page covers the 17,173 square miles around it. Owyhee, Osino and West Wendover fill in the rest of the map, and West Wendover sits at the eastern edge as the address most often misfiled. Every page in Nevada, Elko County included, is listed at Nevada county flower delivery. Because Jackpot is hours from the seat, a problem raised inside three days is settled with a replacement, a refund or a partial credit.
