Spur, TX Flower Delivery, Hand-Carried in Water

Flowers Carried to an Address in Spur

A shipped box is sealed days before it arrives, and the flowers inside travel packed tight in the dark. A hand-delivered arrangement is built by a florist near Spur and carried in upright in water, ready to set down the moment the door opens.

Spur sits in Dickens County, TX, a Texas county of 1,725 people on 902 square miles, and Dickens is the county seat. Flower delivery in Spur, TX covers houses in town and ranch addresses along the county roads in the 79370 ZIP.

A post office box cannot receive an arrangement, so ask a relative for the physical address. For a place out of town, add the road name, a landmark such as a gate or a mailbox name, and the recipient's phone number.

A workplace order needs the business name and the recipient's role or department, so the flowers go to the right person.

Dickens County is small, so a sender often has the family name but not the house number; a relative can fill that gap before checkout. At a hospital or a care home outside Dickens County, include the full name of the patient or resident and the room number.

People searching for a flower shop in Spur TX find no storefront to walk into here; the order is placed online and made by a florist close to the recipient.

The Same Day Line at 1 PM

The line is 1 PM Central time, read on the recipient's clock. For a Dickens County address, a sender on the East Coast is working to 2 PM on their clock; one on Mountain time to noon, and one on Pacific time to 11 AM.

Flower deliveries run Monday through Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM, and there is no Sunday delivery.

An order placed in the evening is made on the next delivery day, so a gift meant for Friday is best ordered on Thursday or on Friday morning. For a sender on Pacific time, the line comes before most people finish their morning coffee, so ordering the day before is the calmer habit.

A long drive to a ranch can mean a later arrival within that window, and a preferred time can go in the notes only as a request.

Around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and Easter the same-day line for 79370 can be earlier; order a day ahead.

Same day flower delivery in Spur on a Saturday follows the same line, and an order that misses it is made on Monday.

A school or an office may close well before the delivery window ends, so for a workplace, a morning order gives the arrangement time to arrive while someone is there to take it.

Picking Flowers With a Florist Near Spur

Designs in the catalog come in several sizes, and each size carries its own price, so the choice is about the room as much as the budget.

A birthday in Spur suits a bright mixed vase, an anniversary suits roses, and a get-well wish suits a plant that needs little care.

For a new baby, soft colors in a small vase or a basket suit a nursery; for a thank-you, a plant keeps the gesture going for weeks. Type the card message at checkout and keep it brief; the recipient reads it standing at the door.

For a ranch kitchen, a sturdy mixed arrangement or a basket holds up well; for a church, a larger size fills the space.

For a ranch house far out of town, a plant or a basket is easy for the recipient to keep, since no vase is needed.

Every order carries a delivery charge at checkout, charged once when you order flowers as several items to the same address.

Funeral and Sympathy Flowers

Funeral flowers in Spur are usually a standing spray or a wreath for the service and a vase or a plant for the family.

For the family's house, a vase design or a peace lily fits a living room better than a tall spray. A service at a small church out of town needs directions in the notes, just like a home address.

Put the name of the deceased, the place of the service and its hour in the order notes. A Sunday service needs a Saturday order, since Sunday is not a delivery day.

If the service is in another town such as Crosbyton, TX or Matador, TX, order for that town's address instead.

To send flowers to Spur for a service, the Crosby County, TX page and the Texas delivery page help when relatives are spread across several places in Texas.

Substitutions on a Small Town Order

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement.

A swapped stem is matched as closely as possible in color, so a white sympathy piece stays white and a red anniversary piece stays red. The price you paid stays the same.

Every Spur flower delivery comes with a photo of the finished arrangement, sent at no extra charge once it is made, so you see the flowers delivered as they really are rather than a stock picture.

Report a damaged or wrong arrangement at 79370 within three days, while the flowers are still fresh enough to judge; a replacement, a refund or a partial credit can follow.
