Same Day Flower Delivery Morton, TX

Morton is the county seat of Cochran County, TX, a county of 2,583 people on 775 square miles along the New Mexico line. It is a small place, and senders sometimes confuse it with the larger towns around it that show up first in a search. This page is for the addresses in ZIP 79346, and flower delivery in Morton covers all of them.

Substitutions in a Morton Florist Order

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has available, and there is no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement. The utmost care goes into keeping it close to the design you chose from the pictures.

In a town of this size, the florist making the arrangement may work in a neighboring town. That is part of why a given lily or rose can be short on a particular morning, and why a flower of similar color and height sometimes takes its place without changing how the piece reads on a table.

The swap never changes the type of arrangement. A vase design stays a vase design, a basket stays a basket, and a standing spray for a service stays the height it was ordered at.

Towns Nearby and Florists Near Morton

A search for a florist in Morton often lists Levelland, TX or Littlefield, TX first, and both have pages of their own. Sundown and Sudan do too. If the recipient's mailing address is in one of those towns, order from that page so the florist has the right town on the slip.

People looking for a flower shop in Morton will find no storefront to walk into through this page. The order is placed online, and a florist near the recipient builds it and has it carried to the door.

Cochran County sits beside Lea County, NM in New Mexico, and on the Texas side it borders Hockley County, TX, which has its own page of towns. For anywhere else in Texas, the state list of Texas towns is the place to look.

Picking a Size and a Style

Every design in the catalog comes at more than one size. The smallest suits a bedside at Cochran Memorial Hospital, where tray space is scarce. The middle size fits most kitchens and living rooms in 79346, and the largest is for a church hall or a front office with room to show it.

Style follows the occasion. Mixed colors suit a birthday or a congratulations; one color, such as all red roses or all white lilies, suits an anniversary or a quiet message. A green plant is a good pick for someone who would rather not change vase water every few days.

If you are unsure, order flowers in the middle size and add a short card. The design is the florist's part, and the card is the part the recipient keeps in a drawer.

Get Well and Birthday Bouquets for Morton

Birthday flowers in Morton land best on the day itself, so plan around the Monday to Saturday schedule. A Sunday birthday is covered by ordering for Saturday, one day early.

A get well bouquet for a patient at Cochran Memorial Hospital should be compact, with the patient's full name as the hospital has it and the room number if you know it. Some patients go home sooner than expected, so a second order to the house can follow a few days later.

A new baby, a graduation or a retirement each suit a medium piece. For funeral flowers in Morton, name the service and the building on the order; Ellis Funeral Home is one such address, and the card should carry the full name of the person who died.

Address Notes for ZIP 79346

All of Morton uses ZIP 79346, so the street and house number carry the order. For a farm or a house outside town, add the county road, a gate or a sign a driver can see, and the recipient's phone number. A box at the post office is no place for an arrangement carried by hand.

An employer in Cochran County should be named on the order ahead of the employee, with the department if there is one. A preferred time can be added to the order as a request, and it is read that way; no hour inside the delivery window is promised.

A delivery charge applies at checkout, counted once when more than one item goes to the same Cochran County address. Flower deliveries to two different houses are two orders.

Same Day Flower Delivery in Morton TX

Orders placed before 1 PM Central time reach the recipient the same business day, with arrivals between 9 AM and 7 PM. For a sender on Mountain time, that line falls at noon on their own clock, and for one on Eastern time at 2 PM.

Delivery runs Monday through Saturday, and no delivery is made on Sunday. A Morton order that comes in after 1 PM is made up on the next delivery day. Around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and Easter, the same-day cutoff can be earlier, so order a day ahead for those dates in Cochran County.

Once the arrangement is finished, a photo of it is sent to you at no extra charge. That picture closes out flower delivery in Morton, TX, and it lets you see the flowers delivered before the recipient calls. To send flowers to Morton again, the same address notes carry over.
