Midland, TX Flower Delivery to Homes and Hospitals

Sending flowers to a patient at Midland Memorial Hospital involves a few details a home order does not. Put the patient's full name as the hospital has it, and the room number if you know it. A compact vase design is easier for the staff to carry up and for the patient to keep on a tray than a large one.

Some wards do not accept flowers at all, so it is worth asking the family before ordering. If the answer is no, a plant or an arrangement sent to the house for the homecoming says the same thing and lasts longer.

Hospital orders arrive within the usual window between 9 AM and 7 PM, and the front desk may take the arrangement up to the room. Write the patient's name exactly as it appears on the admission, since a nickname or a married name that is not on file can hold things up at the desk. A card signed with your full name helps the patient know who sent it.

Funeral Flowers in Midland

For a service, name the funeral home or church, the time and the full name of the deceased. A standing spray or a wreath suits the service, while a vase design or a potted plant suits the family's home, where space is shared with visitors and food.

Sympathy flowers to a house in the county can also wait a week, when a smaller piece is noticed more. If the service is held in Odessa, TX instead, order from that page so the piece goes to the right building on the right day.

Florists Near Midland and Nearby Towns

Midland is the county seat of Midland County, TX, with 183,587 people across 900 square miles and eight ZIP codes, from 79701 and 79702 to 79708 and 79711. A florist near Midland makes the arrangement and a person carries it to the door. People who search for a flower shop in Midland do not need to find one to send flowers; the order is placed online.

Nearby towns with pages include Stanton, TX and Gardendale, TX, and McKinney Acres and Andrews have pages of their own. To send flowers to Midland from out of state, this page is the one to use, and each of those towns has its own for relatives who live there. For relatives in the next county, the page for Ector County, TX lists its towns in one place.

The Texas delivery page lists the rest of the state, small towns and larger cities alike, all on the same Monday to Saturday schedule.

Hospital and Care Home Addresses

Beyond the hospital, Midland has care homes such as Mabee Health Care Center, Ashton Medical Lodge and Focused Care at Hogan Park. Give the resident's full name and, where possible, the wing or room. For a patient at Oceans Behavioral Hospital of Permian Basin, ask the family first whether flowers are welcome on the unit.

For a workplace, name the business and the person, so the flowers delivered there reach the right floor. Residential streets in 79705 or 79707 need only the house number and street; add a gate code for a gated community.

A delivery charge is added once at checkout for a single address, even if two items are on the order. Several flower deliveries to different offices on one day each carry their own charge.

Birthday and anniversary orders for a house in Midland County follow the same steps. A bright mixed bouquet suits a birthday; roses in one color suit an anniversary. For a new baby or a thank you to a coach or a teacher, a small piece on a desk or a counter is enough, and a card with a first name keeps it personal whether the sender lives elsewhere in Texas or much farther away.

Substitutions and the Photo

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement. If one lily is short, a stem of close color and size takes its place.

After the design is finished, a photo of the arrangement is sent at no extra charge, which is helpful for a sender who cannot be at the bedside. Browse the catalog to order flowers for a birthday or a get well message to the hospital. Flower delivery in Midland, TX needs only a name, an address and a card, and Midland flower delivery runs on the same Central time schedule for all eight ZIP codes.
