Clear Lake, SD Flower Delivery, Hand-Carried

Birthday Bouquets From a Florist in Clear Lake

Clear Lake is the county seat of Deuel County, SD, a county of 4,335 people over 623 square miles, and homes in town share ZIP code 57226. A birthday is the most common happy reason to order flowers for one of them, and a mixed bouquet in the person's favorite colors is hard to get wrong.

An anniversary looks chosen with care in roses or a single color. A new baby at home calls for a compact design, since the house will be busy, and a get-well order for someone just back from the hospital can be a small plant that outlasts cut stems.

For a retirement from a county office, a graduation or a simple thank-you, something bright with a short card does the job. The card is what gets kept, so write it the way you would say it.

Delivery to the Courthouse, Offices and Hospital

A courthouse or county office order needs the recipient's full name and the department, because a front counter may take in the arrangement for several desks. A small vase piece suits a desk better than a tall spray, and a Saturday order to an office that is closed on weekends waits for Monday.

Sanford Clear Lake Medical Center takes flowers for patients, though some units restrict them. Ask the family before ordering, put the patient's full name on the order, and choose a compact design that fits a bedside table.

For a house, give the street number and name, and a phone number for the recipient in the notes. A preferred time can go there as a request, never as a fixed hour. Arrangements arrive between 9 AM and 7 PM, and a PO box in 57226 cannot take a delivery, so ask for a street address.

Funeral Flowers Delivered in Clear Lake

Funeral flowers in Clear Lake need the name of the person who died, the date and hour of the service, and the church or funeral home, all written in the notes. A standing spray or a wreath for a Deuel County funeral is made to stand where mourners see it.

A vase arrangement or a plant belongs at the family's house, and it often means more a few days after the service, when the visitors have gone home. To send flowers to Clear Lake then is a quiet way to say the family is still on your mind.

A funeral on a Sunday needs its flowers on the Saturday, since there is no Sunday delivery. If the service is at a church and the visitation is at a funeral home the evening before, say in the notes which of the two the piece is meant for, and give the hour of each.

Coworkers sending one arrangement together can put all their names on a single card, which keeps it to one order and one delivery charge.

Same Day Flower Delivery in Clear Lake SD

Same day flower delivery in Clear Lake requires the order to be placed before 1 PM Central time, which is the recipient's own hour. On the sender's clock, that is 2 PM on Eastern time, noon on Mountain time and 11 AM on Pacific time.

Flower deliveries run Monday through Saturday, and Sunday delivery is not available. An order in after that hour goes into the next delivery day's run instead, and a late Saturday order reaches the door on Monday.

Around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and Easter, the same-day line can be earlier than usual. For a holiday order to 57226, a day's head start takes the pressure off.

What a Substitution Can Change

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand. The arrangement type does not change: size, shape and value stay exactly as you ordered, and the colors are kept as close to the picture as can be.

A photo of the finished design is sent to you at no extra charge, so you see what reached the recipient. For a sender who has never been to Deuel County, that picture is the only look they get at the flowers before the thank-you call comes. If an arrangement arrives damaged or wrong, raise it within three days of delivery; a replacement, a refund or a partial credit can then be arranged.

Pick a Size for the Room

The catalog shows every design with its available sizes. A nightstand wants the smallest, a kitchen table the middle one, and a church or a reception hall the largest. Low designs suit a table people sit around; tall ones suit an entry or a sideboard.
