Pottawatomie County, OK Flower Delivery

Towns Around Shawnee and Tecumseh

Shawnee sits at the middle of the 788 square miles of Pottawatomie County and carries most of the addresses on this page. Tecumseh, McLoud and Earlsboro each keep a listing of their own beneath it, with the ZIP codes that belong to them.

Pottawatomie County holds 74,446 people, and the distance between the eastern and western edges is about forty minutes by road. That is short enough that one florist can reach either end and long enough that the town name has to be on the label. Johnson and Bethel Acres sit off the main line between them, which is why the town belongs on the order before the street does.

Maud, Pink and the 1 PM Line

Order before 1 PM Central time and same-day flower delivery is open to all eight Pottawatomie County ZIP codes, 74801 at Shawnee and 74873 at Tecumseh included. The line is measured where the flowers land, not where the card is written.

Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday across Pottawatomie County, OK, Sunday delivery is not available, and arrivals land between 9 AM and 7 PM. Around the spring holidays that afternoon line can move earlier, so a day of margin beats a clever order anywhere in Oklahoma.

Choose a Size for Earlsboro

Size is the decision that cannot be corrected at the door, so it is worth settling before color. A tall piece in a small front room has to be moved twice; a low bowl on a kitchen table in Maud stays where it lands.

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand that morning, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement, and the utmost care goes into matching the design that was ordered. A hot Pottawatomie County summer thins what is available long before the catalog page changes.

The full range lists a size beside every design, which is the fastest way to picture a room that nobody placing the order has stood in. A room in Oklahoma described down a phone line is still a guess; a size printed beside the design is not.

A Workplace Address in Tecumseh

A workplace address needs the business name as well as the street number, because a shared entrance with four tenants has one door and no way to guess. An apartment address needs the unit number written where the florist can read it rather than in a note added later.

Shawnee Care Center and the Heritage Skilled Nursing and Therapy home at Tecumseh both take deliveries at a front desk, so a resident name on the card is worth more than a room number. That is the last hundred feet of the trip and the part nobody plans for. The Golden Rule Home at Shawnee is the same story, and a compact vase clears a bedside table where a tall piece gets moved.

Shawnee keeps a page of its own, the Oklahoma delivery index gathers every county in the state, and Cleveland County, OK begins west of the line while Lincoln County, OK runs along the north.
