Flowers Across McCurtain County, OK

Sympathy Flowers for an Idabel Service

Bowser Funeral Home in Broken Bow is one of the named places sympathy orders in McCurtain County are aimed at, and a standing piece belongs in the room where the service is held.

Condolence orders should spell the family name as the notice has it, and with 1,851 square miles under this page the chapel town and the home town are frequently two different town pages.

Broken Bow Health and Rehab takes flowers at the front desk under a resident name, and it sits in the same 74728 ZIP as the funeral home, so the building name does the sorting here.

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand that morning, with no change to the size, shape or value of a piece sent to a 74745 address.

A Birthday Out at Valliant

A birthday or an anniversary order for Valliant or Wright City does best at a workplace, because a house on a weekday morning in this corner of Oklahoma is usually empty.

An order placed before 1 PM Central time reaches a McCurtain County, OK address on the same business day, and a sender on the west coast is working to a mid morning deadline at home.

Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday in all four McCurtain County towns, Sunday delivery is not available, and arrivals fall between 9 AM and 7 PM.

Holidays pull the hour earlier, so an order for a 74764 address in Christmas week is safer placed a day ahead than on the morning itself.

Addresses Across 1,851 Square Miles

At that size this is a long county, and a route that begins at Idabel and ends in the timber north of Broken Bow is nobody's short errand.

McCurtain Memorial Hospital in Idabel takes flowers at the front desk with a room number, and Hill Nursing Home wants the resident name as the staff has it rather than as the family says it.

Memorial Heights Nursing Center is a third named address at the seat, and an order giving the street without the building can arrive at the wrong desk inside 74745.

A rural box is easier with a mailbox number and a cross street, and the four ZIP codes, 74745, 74728, 74764 and 74766, tell a florist which town page was meant.

Pick the Size, Then the Color

A tall vase needs a surface nothing passes and a low bowl suits a kitchen table in constant use, so the arrangement catalog is best sorted by size before anything else is decided.

Flower delivery ordered from far away is still hand work at this end, and once the arrangement is finished a photo of it goes to the sender at no extra charge.

A delivery charge applies to every order, and a single order going to one Valliant address is charged once whatever is on it, with the amount kept at checkout rather than on this page.

The Oklahoma county index covers the rest of the state, Choctaw County, OK lies west of here, and Polk County, AR sits over the northern state line.
