Carter County, OK Flower Delivery

Six Towns, Starting at Ardmore

Carter County covers 822 square miles of southern Oklahoma and holds about 49,135 people, and six town pages sit beneath this one. Ardmore is the seat and carries 73401, while Lone Grove sits a few minutes west of it on the same road.

Healdton holds 73438 at the far west end and Wilson sits between the two, with Springer and Dickson north and east of the seat. Seven ZIP codes run under Carter County, OK in all, and a delivery at either end is a different afternoon's work.

A Funeral Piece for Wilson

A standing spray belongs at the building where the service is held rather than at the family house, and it should carry the family name on the order. Anything sent to the house afterward is better as a low bowl that somebody can put down without finding a stand for it.

Mercy Hospital Ardmore and Mercy Hospital Healdton both take flowers at reception, and a room number on the order is what carries one past the desk. Woodview Home and Southbrook Healthcare in Ardmore work the same way, with the resident name doing what the street number cannot.

Picking a Height for Dickson

Height is the decision most senders skip. A tall piece reads well in a chapel and badly on a bedside table, and a Carter County hospital room usually has one flat surface with a jug already on it. Saying where the arrangement will stand is worth more than naming a flower.

Order before 1 PM Central time for same-day flower delivery to an Ardmore or Wilson address, and the hour holds at 73443 and 73463 just as it does at 73401. Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday across Carter County, Sunday delivery is not available, and arrivals land between 9 AM and 7 PM.

Seasonal Swaps at Lone Grove

Some varieties are short in southern Oklahoma for weeks at a time, so flower types are substituted for what the florist has on hand, with no change to the size, the shape or the value of the arrangement ordered. A 73401 order does not come smaller because one stem ran out.

Once the arrangement is finished, a photo of it goes to the sender at no extra charge. Ordering into Carter County from another state, that picture is the only look anybody gets at what stood on the doorstep.

Seventy two hours after an Ardmore delivery the window for saying something went wrong has closed, and inside it the answer is a replacement, a refund or a part of the price returned.

North of the line Garvin County, OK takes over, and Stephens County, OK lies over to the west. The Oklahoma county index holds the others, and the full catalog shows every shape a Carter order can take.
