West Chester, PA Flower Delivery by Hand

West Chester, the county seat, and a busy order desk

West Chester is the seat of Chester County, PA, and flower delivery in West Chester, PA covers offices, county buildings, homes and apartments. The 2020 count of 18,670 people on 1.846 square miles means many doors per block, so orders for delivery here reach offices, apartments and houses side by side.

For an order to a workplace, name the business, the department and the person at the front desk. An apartment order needs the unit and the entrance, and then the florist knows where to leave the flowers.

ZIP codes 19380, 19382 and 19383 are all tied to the area, so ask the recipient which one appears on their mail and put it in the order.

Anyone who types West Chester PA into a phone lands here, and someone who types flower shop in West Chester finds an order page, not a counter. Florists near West Chester make the arrangements, and Sunday delivery is not available.

A student at West Chester University of Pennsylvania can receive flowers at a residence hall or an off-campus apartment, and the address on the order must say which. Put the building, the room and the student's full name on the order.

Campus mail rooms follow their own rules, so a delivery to a dorm is often best timed for a weekday afternoon when someone is in. Same day flower delivery in West Chester needs the order before 1 PM Eastern time.

Sending flowers to Barclay Friends and the facilities around it

A birthday that falls on a Sunday

Delivery runs Monday through Saturday, so a Sunday birthday cannot receive flowers that day. A Saturday delivery with a card that names the real date is the usual answer, and a Monday one works too.

Flowers delivered the day before a birthday have a way of feeling like a surprise anyway. Order flowers a day ahead and mention the birthday in the notes so the florist is aware.

A florist may substitute flower types for what is available, while the size, shape and value of the arrangement stay as ordered. A photo of the finished arrangement goes to the buyer at no extra charge.

A new baby, and flowers timed for when the family is home

Families with a newborn keep unusual hours, so a bouquet that arrives during a nap can go unanswered. Ask a relative which part of the day is calm and write it into the notes as a request.

Small arrangements in soft colors suit a nursery shelf and a kitchen counter. West Chester flower delivery for a baby is usually best placed a few days after the birth, once the family is settled at home.

A baby shower or a christening is another reason to order flowers for local families, and the same notes about timing apply.

Two addresses for one loss: the service and the home
