Lincoln University, PA Flower Delivery by Hand

Oxford, Avondale and roads near Lincoln University

A recipient here may give the name of a nearby town, and several have coverage of their own. Oxford, PA and West Grove, PA are two, Avondale, PA is another, and Nottingham, PA and Cochranville, PA complete the list of names that might appear on a letter.

Ask the recipient for an envelope and read off the town and the ZIP, 19352. An order placed on the wrong page goes to the wrong address, so this page is only for addresses that really belong to Lincoln University PA.

The place is small enough that every address is a short distance from the next, so the delivery notes can stay brief: a house number, a ZIP and the name on the door usually suffice. Flower delivery in Lincoln University, PA is about getting those three details right.

Same-day arrival needs the order in before 1 PM Eastern time, the recipient's clock. Delivery runs Monday through Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM, and Sunday delivery is not available.

A boundary drawn by the census

Lincoln University is a census-designated place: the census draws its boundary, no municipal government governs it, and a delivery address depends on the postal name more than on the map.

The 2020 count was 1,739 people on 0.286 square miles, a very small footprint, so a typical order goes to a house or an apartment a short step from its neighbor. A street number and ZIP settle most questions.

A florist near Lincoln University hand-arranges the bouquet, flower types may be substituted for what is on hand, and the size, shape and value of the arrangement stay as ordered. The photo of the finished piece is sent to the sender at no extra charge.

Flowers delivered to apartment doors need a unit number; flowers delivered to houses need a number that can be read from the street. Lincoln University flower delivery treats an hour mentioned in the notes as a request, never a promise.

Chester County, its seat and its border counties

The place belongs to Chester County, PA, and West Chester is the seat. The county page covers the whole delivery area, and Delaware County, PA and Lancaster County, PA border the county, as does Berks County, PA.

Chester County also touches Maryland and Delaware, where Cecil County, MD and New Castle County, DE lie across the state line. A sender who knows the region by those names should still enter a Pennsylvania ZIP.

A search for a florist in Lincoln University turns up many results, and a person looking for a flower shop in Lincoln University will find an order form, not a counter. Each bouquet is hand-arranged by a local florist in or near the recipient's area.

Within the county, Atglen, PA and Berwyn, PA have separate coverage, and so do Chadds Ford, PA and Coatesville, PA.

Rescuing a birthday that falls on Sunday

A birthday on a Sunday cannot be met on the day, because Sunday delivery does not exist. Order for Saturday, or earlier if the recipient is away on weekends, and let the card carry the date.

Same day flower delivery in Lincoln University for a birthday works when the order goes in before 1 PM Eastern time. The arrival lands between 9 AM and 7 PM, and an hour mentioned in the notes is a request.

A recipient who is hard to catch at home on Saturdays may do better with a Friday arrival, and the card can still say the day. Order flowers early in the week when the date is fixed and the recipient is rarely home.

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has, but the size, shape and value stay as ordered. The photo shows what was made, which matters when the sender cannot see the result.

A newborn in a farmhouse or an apartment

New baby flowers should go where someone will be home. A house can have a side door in everyday use, and the notes should say which door the family prefers.

A low vase in pale colors suits a nursery. Order flowers a few days after the birth, when the household has settled, and keep the card short.

If the recipient is in an apartment, add the unit number. Flower deliveries made between 9 AM and 7 PM may arrive during a nap, so a note about a quieter time is worth adding, with the usual caveat that it is a request.

Grandparents who order from a distance can sign with the names the baby's family uses, and a sibling's note can ride along on the same card.

Sympathy orders for Lincoln University services

Funeral flowers in Lincoln University should be addressed to the funeral director or the church, with the service hour in the notes. The family's home is the other address, and a street number is essential.

Sympathy flowers to Lincoln University for a Sunday service must arrive on Saturday or earlier, since there is no Sunday delivery. A same-day order needs to be placed before 1 PM Eastern time.

People who send flowers to Lincoln University from far away can add one or two sentences to the card. Browse the product pages for sizes, and see the Pennsylvania page for other towns in Pennsylvania.

Chester County is a large area, so naming the church or the funeral home exactly matters more than naming the borough alone.
