Send Flowers Across Albemarle County, VA

Same Day Orders at Crozet

An order placed before 1 PM Eastern time reaches any of the nine ZIP codes on this page the same business day, from 22932 at the western edge to 24590 at the southern tip. After that hour the piece is made for the next working morning.

Albemarle County runs 720 square miles around its seat, so a same-day order for Scottsville and one for Earlysville are two different afternoons of driving for the florist handling them.

Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday across all ten Albemarle towns, Sunday delivery is not available, and deliveries land between 9 AM and 7 PM. A Sunday occasion at Crozet is covered on the Saturday before it.

Charlottesville sits in the middle of this county without being part of it, and the ten listings below this page form the ring around that city rather than the city itself.

Seasonal Substitution at Scottsville

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist near a Crozet or Scottsville address has on hand, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement. The piece ordered stays the piece delivered; only the stems inside it move.

In a county that climbs from the river at 24590 to the mountain edge at 22932, what is cutting well in one week is not always what is cutting well in the next. The rule exists so the order still goes out.

A photo of the finished arrangement is sent once the florist has built it, at no extra charge, which settles the question for a sender who has never seen an Ivy front porch.

Picking a Size for Esmont

Height is the decision that goes wrong most often on this page. A tall vase on a narrow hall table at Crozet gets moved; a low bowl on the same table does not.

The arrangements page shows every design at the size it leaves at, and 117,313 people live across this ground, so the sender is usually choosing for a room they have not stood in.

Albemarle County has no named hospital or funeral home in the data behind this page. The ten town listings and the nine ZIP codes are what it carries instead, and they are enough to place an order precisely.

The nine ZIP codes, 22901 and 22903 among them, are the quickest way to pin an address down when a town name on its own is ambiguous.

A Thank You Sent to Ivy

A thank you is the one occasion with no date attached to it, which makes it the easiest order to get right. Pick any working day, name the recipient, and give them one phone number for the door.

All of Virginia sits in a single time zone, which keeps the arithmetic simple: 1 PM here is 1 PM at every one of the ten Albemarle town pages, whatever the sender's own clock happens to say.

Around Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and Easter the same-day hour can fall earlier than 1 PM, so a thank you sent in those weeks is better placed on the Tuesday than on the Friday.

The rest of the state is indexed at Virginia county flower delivery. Greene County, VA lies north of the Albemarle line, and Nelson County, VA begins on the far side of the ridge.
