Augusta County, VA Flower Delivery

Verona, Fishersville and Eleven Towns

Augusta County spreads 967 square miles around its seat, which is not the same thing as a single delivery area. An order for Craigsville in the west and one for Weyers Cave in the north are two separate afternoons of driving.

Thirteen towns keep listings of their own below this page, among them Fishersville, Stuarts Draft and Verona, and 78,622 people live between them.

The fourteen ZIP codes run from 22939 at Fishersville out to 24486 at Weyers Cave, and naming one of them is the fastest way to settle an address that a town name on its own leaves open.

Staunton sits in the middle of the county without belonging to it, a pattern Virginia uses more than any other state, so the listings below this page form a ring rather than a block.

Choose a Bowl for Craigsville

Height, not color, is the decision that goes wrong most often around Staunton. A tall vase on a hall table at Craigsville has to be moved before anybody can pass it, while a low bowl in the same place stays where it was set.

The arrangements page shows every design at the size it goes out at, which matters when the sender has never stood in the room the flowers are going to.

For a workplace, give them one name and one direct number. A reception desk at 22980 will hold a box for an afternoon if it knows who it is for, and will send it back if it does not.

Substituted Stems at Stuarts Draft

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist covering the fourteen Augusta ZIP codes has on hand, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement. Nothing about the piece ordered moves except the stems inside it.

In a valley that runs from 22952 up to 24482, what is cutting well in the last week of March is not what was cutting well in the first. The rule is what keeps an Augusta County order going out at all.

A photo of the finished arrangement is sent once the florist has made it, at no extra charge, and for a Stuarts Draft address that photo is the only record the sender will ever hold.

Hospital Addresses at Fishersville

Augusta Health is the hospital this ground uses, and Augusta Nursing and Rehabilitation sits a short distance from it. Both take flowers at a main desk, so a room number on the order saves a long search.

A Better Cremation is at Fishersville as well, and an order that names the establishment rather than the street number gets to the right desk quicker. Three days from the delivery is the window for raising anything that looks wrong.

Craigsville Funeral Home is at the western end and Charlton and Groome Funeral Home and Crematory is at Fishersville, which on a working afternoon is a difference of the better part of an hour.

An order placed before 1 PM Eastern time reaches all thirteen towns the same business day. Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday here, Sunday delivery is not available, and deliveries land between 9 AM and 7 PM.

Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas and Easter can each pull that hour earlier. The rest of the state is indexed at Virginia county flower delivery, and Rockbridge County, VA begins south of the line, while Rockingham County, VA picks up to the north.
