Mobile, AL Flower Delivery Across 30 ZIPs

Cards and Addresses at Spring Hill College

Once an order is placed, the address decides everything, and a college address has more layers than a house. For a student at Spring Hill College, the order needs the student's full name as the college knows it, the residence hall and room number, and a contact number, since campus deliveries often stop at a front desk rather than a door.

Orders placed before 1 PM Central time reach the recipient the same business day, on the recipient's clock. For a parent ordering on Eastern time, that is 2 PM at home; on Pacific time, 11 AM. Same day flower delivery in Mobile arrives between 9 AM and 7 PM, and a time you would like can be requested, but not guaranteed.

For graduation or a birthday, the card should say who it is from in full; a student gets more than one delivery in a big week, and "Love, Mom" is clear, while "From us" is not.

Front desks at a college are busiest at the start of term and around exams, so a delivery during a quieter week is easier for everyone. If the student lives off campus, the apartment address is simpler still.

One Name for the City and Its Seat

The city is the seat of Mobile County, AL, and the county shares its name, so a search can mix the two. The county page covers towns beyond the city limits with pages of their own, such as Prichard, AL, Saraland, AL and Citronelle, which is where to go if the recipient lives outside the city.

With 187,041 residents in 2020 across 179.8 square miles, flower orders in the city go to houses, apartments, offices, hospitals and care homes. The ZIP matters: 36604, 36608 and the rest each point to a different part of town, so write the one on the recipient's mail. Springhill Medical Center is among the hospitals in the city, and flowers delivered to a patient there need the full name and room, plus a quick call to the unit first to confirm it accepts them.

For funeral flowers in Mobile, address the order to the funeral home holding the service, such as Hodge's Chapel, with the service time and the deceased's full name. The county also borders Baldwin County, AL, and flower deliveries there keep the same Monday through Saturday schedule, with no Sunday delivery available.

Classrooms and Offices at Bishop State

Bishop State Community College is a place where many students live off campus, so for a student there, a home address is often the better choice for flowers. For a staff member or instructor, the order needs the full name, the department and the building, and the delivery lands during office hours.

Searching for a flower shop in Mobile usually turns up a long list; what arrives with this order is an arrangement a local florist makes and carries to the door. Typing Mobile AL flower delivery with the state letters keeps the search on this city rather than on a street or business of the same name elsewhere in Alabama.

For an instructor's retirement or a promotion at the college, the department office is the natural address, and colleagues can sign the card together. A florist delivery to an office lands during business hours, so a weekday suits it best.

A Mobile florist builds the piece from the design you pick in the catalog. Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement.

Shifting a Sunday Birthday in Mobile

There is no Sunday delivery, so a Sunday birthday gets its flowers on Saturday, with a card mentioning the real date. For a resident of a care home such as Springhill Senior Residence, the order also needs the resident's full name and room, and a small vase that fits a bedside table.

For someone who works weekdays, a Monday arrival at the office is the other choice. To order flowers for a birthday, a few days of notice helps, even though same day remains possible.

A Newborn Coming Home Across Mobile

If mother and baby are still in the hospital, the order needs the mother's full name, the unit and the room; some maternity units limit flowers, so a quick check first is worth it. Once the family is home, an arrangement booked for the second or third day usually finds someone in.

Keep it low-scent and compact, or choose a plant. To send flowers to Mobile for a new baby, add the baby's name to the card; it is the detail that gets remembered.

Florists near Mobile make the arrangement, and a photo of it is sent to you at no extra charge once it is done. For flower delivery in Mobile, AL, that photo is how you see the gift from a distance. Any damage should be raised no more than three days after it comes, and the choice is then between a replacement, a refund or a partial credit. Other towns in the state are on the Alabama delivery page.
