Chaves County, NM Flowers, Roswell First

Almost everything on this page starts at the county seat. Roswell holds the bulk of the 63,697 people in Chaves County, and the four ZIP codes here begin with the 88201 code that covers it. The other three towns are small, close together and served from the same direction.

An order in before 1 PM Mountain time goes out the same working day. Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday, Sunday is not available, and arrivals land between 9 AM and 7 PM.

Sympathy Flowers for Roswell Families

Anderson-Bethany Funeral Home and Crematory is one of the named places on this page, and Eastern New Mexico Medical Center is another. A standing piece belongs where the service is held; a smaller vase belongs at the family house afterwards.

All six named places in Chaves County sit in the seat, which is unusual and useful: a sender who knows only the town already knows enough. The order still needs a person's name for a hospital or a care home.

Anything that arrives wrong has three days to be raised, because the stems will not hold longer than that in this climate. A replacement, a refund or a partial credit is what follows.

A Birthday Order for Dexter

Birthdays, new babies and thank yous go to houses far more often than to halls out here. A house in Dexter or Hagerman that is empty all afternoon is better served early or late rather than in the middle of the day. An afternoon call inside the seat is straightforward; one out at Midway is a planned trip.

The 88230 and 88232 ZIP codes cover the two southern towns and the 88203 code sits alongside the seat. Size is the decision worth making slowly, and the catalog shows each design at the size it is sold in, since a piece that suits a hospital tray is not the piece for a dining table.

Same Day Orders, Hagerman and Midway

Flower types are substituted for what the florist can get that morning, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement. In a county of 6,067 square miles with four towns in it, that is the only way a same day order works at all.

Chaves County is wide enough that a driver covering the outlying addresses is out for most of a run. Ordering in the morning rather than at the deadline is what buys a comfortable arrival.

A photo of the finished arrangement is sent to the sender once it is made, at no extra charge, which matters when the sender is several states away. A specific hour can be requested and never promised, and on Chaves County distances the run is planned around the whole day rather than one stop.

Four Towns and 6,067 Square Miles

The Roswell listing carries most of the addresses, with Midway, Hagerman and Dexter beside it. Each town page holds its own ZIP codes, so a sender who knows the town should start there rather than on this page in NM.

Chaves County sits in the south east quarter of the state. To the west Lincoln County, NM begins, Eddy County, NM lies to the south, and every other county in New Mexico is listed on the state index.
