Whidbey Island Station, WA Flower Delivery

Oak Harbor and Coupeville: other pages nearby

Oak Harbor, WA and Coupeville, WA each have a delivery page of their own, and so do La Conner, WA, Anacortes, WA, Camano, WA and Bay View, WA. Six names stand beside one community, which makes a wrong guess easy for a sender who knows only the area.

The easiest check is a recent letter. The town on the return address is the one to use, and if it reads Whidbey Island Station WA with ZIP 98277 or 98278, this page is correct. If it reads another name, the neighbor page fits better, because flowers delivered to the wrong page are hard to redirect once the arrangement is made.

Coupeville is also the county seat, so a sender may type it first. The order should carry the address exactly as the recipient writes it, not a blend of the two names.

Typing flower shop in Whidbey Island Station into a search box finds no counter behind this page. A florist in Whidbey Island Station or a nearby town makes each design by hand, and florists near Whidbey Island Station carry the finished bouquet to the door.

A sender who has only a house number and a road name can still order; the ZIP completes the line a florist needs to find the door.

Placing Whidbey Island Station on the county map

The community sits in Island County, WA, where Coupeville is the county seat. The county page gathers the other towns under the county, and it is the next stop for a sender whose recipient lives somewhere between two of the names above.

Snohomish County, WA has a page of its own, and it is the only neighboring county with one, so a recipient near that boundary may belong there. An order for a house inside this county stays on the pages listed above.

Funeral flowers in Whidbey Island Station go to the service named on the notice. Name the funeral home on the order, give the hour in the notes and keep the family surname with them.

Same day flower delivery in Whidbey Island Station is open to orders placed before 1 PM Pacific time, and arrival falls between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. A later order waits for the next delivery day, and Sunday delivery is not available.

A recipient on the edge of the community may use the name of a neighbor town on the mail; the county page and the pages above help sort that out.

Choose the page by the address on the mail, not by the map in memory, since a florist works from the town printed on the order.

Mail defines Whidbey Island Station, not a town hall

The census files the community under census-designated places, which have no town government of their own, so the mailing address does the work. Its land area is 6.567 square miles, so flower delivery in Whidbey Island Station may cross a good deal of ground between one house and the next.

A wide area calls for directions. If the house is down a long drive or behind a gate, say so in the notes, and add the number on the mailbox.

The order should copy the address as the recipient writes it. A sender who writes a different town when the mail says another is guessing, and the person at the door will notice.

Older mail can carry an outdated town line, so the newest letter or bill is the one to copy.

Directions in the notes, such as a gate code or a driveway marker, matter more where one house is far from the next.

When Sunday has no delivery

Sunday delivery is not available, so a birthday on a Sunday is reached by a Saturday arrival. Saying on the card that the flowers are a day early explains the timing.

An order for a Monday birthday can be placed on Saturday before 1 PM Pacific time, or earlier in the week. An order placed on Sunday cannot make Monday.

An anniversary dinner for a Whidbey Island Station couple is the same story: a bouquet for Sunday evening arrives on Saturday, so the card should say so.

To order flowers, pick a design in the arrangement catalog and paste the address as printed on the mail. To send flowers to Whidbey Island Station from out of town, that is the whole process; Whidbey Island Station, WA flower delivery follows one schedule for every design, and flower deliveries run Monday through Saturday.

A photo of the finished arrangement is sent once the florist has made it, at no extra charge. Stems may differ from the catalog picture if the florist has other types on hand, though the size, shape and value stay as ordered. Other towns in Washington are gathered on the Washington delivery page.

A Monday office party works the same way: the order goes in on Friday or Saturday, before 1 PM Pacific time, for a Saturday arrival that keeps the bouquet fresh over the weekend if it goes into water.
