Maple Valley, WA Flower Delivery by Hand

A Maple Valley order that crosses a county line

The town belongs to King County, WA, and the county seat, Seattle, is listed on a delivery page of its own. Pierce County, WA and Kittitas County, WA are among the neighbors, each with its own listing. A recipient whose mail gives a town in another county belongs on that county's page, so check the line printed on the envelope before paying.

ZIP 98038 is the one for this town. An order for flower delivery in Maple Valley, WA with a different ZIP is a sign that the sender has picked the wrong page, and a quick glance at the recipient's mail settles it. Funeral flowers in Maple Valley and sympathy flowers to Maple Valley go to the funeral home or church named in the notice, with the family name and the hour of the service on the order.

Anyone hoping to find a flower shop in Maple Valley will find an order form here, not a counter, and a florist near the recipient builds the arrangement.

Mail is the best evidence. If the recipient has an envelope to hand, the town line and the ZIP printed on it settle the question in seconds. A sender who cannot ask can use the ZIP: 98038 on the order means the right page. Anything else means look again before paying.

Covington, Hobart and Shadow Lake: neighbors with their own pages

Covington, WA, Hobart, WA and Shadow Lake, WA are listed beside this town, along with Black Diamond, WA and Lake Morton-Berrydale, WA, and each of them has its own delivery page. A sender typing Maple Valley WA into a search box can land on the wrong one, because the names run together on a map and in memory.

Florists near Maple Valley work from the address on the order, so matching the recipient's ZIP to the page is the quickest check. Order flowers from the page that fits, and flower deliveries to the neighbors follow their own pages. Same day flower delivery in Maple Valley applies only to orders placed from the right page, and an order placed before 1 PM Pacific time is delivered the same business day. For a recipient in a neighboring town, use that town's page instead; the cutoff, the Monday through Saturday week and the delivery photo are the same.

Neighbors are listed for a reason. A recipient in one of them is not a recipient here, even if the sender knows the family from this town. An old address in a sender's memory is a common cause of a misdirected bouquet, so ask for the current one.

A city of 28,011 and the Maple Valley addresses it sends flowers to

With 28,011 people in 2020 on 6.004 square miles, the town is large enough that orders go to a wide mix of addresses: houses on quiet streets, apartments, offices and a few shared buildings. Each of those wants something a little different on the order, so a delivery address should carry more than a street number.

An apartment needs the unit. An office needs a department or a suite and the recipient's full name, because a reception desk sorts what it receives by name. A house with a long drive or a shared entrance benefits from a line in the order notes. A florist in Maple Valley or a nearby town arranges the bouquet by hand, and flowers delivered between 9 AM and 7 PM go to the person named on the order.

Maple Valley flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday. Sunday delivery is not available, which matters for office orders: flowers meant for a Monday morning reception arrive on Saturday or wait for the Monday run.

A card can ride on any of these orders. Keep it to a line, sign it the way the recipient knows you, and skip phone numbers. Flowers delivered to an office without a clear name on the card are harder to hand over, so put the full name on the order, not only the card.

Sunday celebrations: send them Saturday

A birthday that falls on a Sunday is best sent for Saturday, because Sunday delivery is not available. An order for Saturday placed before 1 PM Pacific time reaches the recipient the same business day; one placed later goes out on Monday, which is a day late for a Sunday celebration.

A short card that says early is a warm way to cover the gap. Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand, with no change in size, shape or value, and a photo of the finished arrangement is sent after it is made, so the sender sees exactly what is on its way. To send flowers to Maple Valley for a birthday, order a day or two ahead, and browse sizes in the arrangement catalog. The Washington delivery page lists other WA towns, and flowers delivered anywhere in Washington follow the same rules.

An early arrival is not a problem for most arrangements: flowers delivered on Saturday keep through the weekend with water. A plant keeps longer still, and suits a household that will be out on Sunday.
