Davenport, WA Flower Delivery, Photo Included

Every order for this city ends the same way, with a photo. A local florist arranges the bouquet by hand, it is hand-delivered to the address, and a picture of the finished arrangement is sent to the sender. Flower delivery in Davenport, WA uses ZIP 99122, and Davenport is where Lincoln County, WA keeps its seat, so the street on the order is all the florist needs.

Same day flower delivery in Davenport depends on the clock at the recipient's end: orders placed before 1 PM Pacific time, Monday through Saturday, are eligible for delivery that afternoon, within the 9 AM to 7 PM window. After the hour the order waits, and Sunday delivery is not available. Anyone ordering from the Mountain zone should call the line 2 PM on their own clock.

An order for Reardan, not Davenport

Reardan, WA, Sprague, WA and Medical Lake, WA are the nearest places with pages of their own, and Airway Heights and Fairchild AFB are listed as well. A recipient who lives close to the city may use any of those names, so the street and the ZIP decide where the bouquet goes.

Odessa shares the county and has its own page, and Adams County, WA and Grant County, WA are the neighboring counties on the list. A bouquet for a recipient in any of them is a separate order with a separate cutoff check, and the state page is the place to start for other towns in Washington.

A bedside bouquet at Lincoln Hospital

Lincoln Hospital is the hospital on the list for Davenport, and a bouquet for a patient there needs the patient's name, the department and a room number if the family has one. Some units limit what may go into a room, so a quick call before ordering is wise, and a low design is easier on a bed table than a tall vase.

Strate Funeral Home is the funeral home on the list. Funeral flowers in Davenport should name the funeral home from the family's notice, which may be Strate Funeral Home, along with the hour of the service, and sympathy orders are best placed a day ahead because Sunday delivery is not available.

Wrong Davenport, wrong order

A search for the bare name Davenport can lead to Iowa, Oklahoma or Florida, and an order for the wrong one never arrives at a Washington address, so the order summary should show Washington and ZIP 99122 before payment. A sender who has typed only the name into a search bar is the most likely to make that mistake, and typing Davenport WA into a map narrows the results, though the order summary is the final check.

Anyone who wants to send flowers to Davenport from out of state should check the state first and the street second. Searches for a flower shop in Davenport end at an order form here, and florists near Davenport arrange each bouquet by hand for the address on the order.

An anniversary supper and a wide window

An anniversary in Davenport is easier to plan with a window as wide as 9 AM to 7 PM, because the bouquet can arrive in the afternoon, ahead of supper. A favored hour goes in the notes as a request, never a promise, and the card should stay short enough for two lines. A wrapped bunch fits a small table, and a vase suits a larger one.

If a flower type is not in stock, the florist may use another, and the size, shape and value of the arrangement are unchanged. The photo that follows lets the sender confirm the colors, and a Davenport florist works from the picture on the order.

Recovery at home, a light bouquet

A recipient who is getting well at home usually has little space on a nightstand, so a compact arrangement or a plant is a better fit than a tall centerpiece. Flowers delivered in the afternoon reach someone who is awake and ready for visitors, and a short card is easier to read than a long letter.

If a problem turns up, a report within three days of the arrival can lead to a replacement, a refund or a partial credit, and the photo helps describe what was wrong. Ordering flowers early in the week leaves room to fix a street number before the hour passes.

Graduation party, order three days out

According to the 2020 census, 1,705 people live here, so an order for a graduation party usually goes to a family house, and the street number carries more weight than a building name. Order three days ahead, put the date of the party in the notes, and ask for the bouquets and plants in a size that fits a table where guests will sit.

Davenport flower delivery for a party should arrive before the guests do, and most flower deliveries of that kind land in the afternoon, and a wrapped bunch travels better than a tall vase if the graduate carries it home afterward. A short card with a name and a date finishes the job.
