Lowell, OH Flower Delivery, Made by a Local Florist

Flower delivery in Lowell, OH begins with where the village sits. Lowell uses ZIP 45744 and lies in Washington County, OH, with Beverly, OH and Marietta, OH among the places a sender might also mean. Anyone typing Lowell OH into a search bar probably knows the recipient well, and the sections below keep the order pointed at the right door. A florist near the recipient builds each arrangement by hand, and it is delivered to the address on the order, never mailed in a carton.

Lowell in six other states

Massachusetts, Michigan, Oregon, Indiana, Arkansas and North Carolina each have a town by that name, so anyone who wants flowers delivered to the Ohio village should confirm that the order reads OH and ZIP 45744 before paying. A wrong state means a different delivery altogether.

A search for a flower shop in Lowell may produce results from any of those places. This page is for the Ohio village, and what it offers is a bouquet made by a florist in Lowell or one close by and delivered by hand.

Check the street spelling too: the village is small enough that a short street name settles the address.

Where Lowell sits within Washington

Washington County is the county on the address, and the other places in it have their own pages. Athens County, OH and Morgan County, OH border it, and Wood County, WV in West Virginia lies across the state line, so a recipient there is a different delivery with a different florist.

Same day flower delivery in Lowell follows the recipient's clock. An order placed before 1 PM Eastern time reaches the door that business day. A sender on Central time sees that line as noon, and a sender in the Pacific zone sees 10 AM, so a lunch-hour order from the West Coast has already missed it.

Orders placed later wait for the next delivery day. Flower deliveries run Monday through Saturday between 9 AM and 7 PM, and Sunday delivery is not available.

When the label says Beverly or Marietta

A recipient in Beverly or Marietta needs a separate order, since the florist works near the address on it, and Devola, OH is a third page worth knowing. A card naming the wrong town for a house in Devola would only confuse the person at the door.

The 2020 population was 566, in a village of less than a quarter of a square mile, so almost every address is a house on a short street, and the street on the order is all a florist needs to find the door.

Each design is made by a florist in Lowell or nearby, and Lowell flower delivery works to the same schedule as every other town on the site. Ordering is the same for every sender, wherever they live.

A different green does not change the order

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand when the bouquet is made. A rose may stand in for a similar bloom, and a different green may fill in the back, but the size, shape and value of the arrangement stay as ordered.

A sender can note a favorite flower as a request. It is a wish, not a promise, since the stock decides. Order flowers by size first, then by color, from the design pages.

The finished piece in a picture, for a faraway Lowell sender

Once the florist finishes an arrangement, a photo of that actual piece is sent to the sender at no extra charge. Check it for the vase, the colors and the overall size, and compare it with what was ordered.

A photo matters most when the recipient is far away. A sender in another state cannot see the porch or the table, and the picture shows what is about to arrive between 9 AM and 7 PM.

A potted plant against a cut bouquet

A potted plant can be a better choice than cut stems when the recipient has little time for a vase. It lasts longer in a room with light. Cut flowers suit a birthday or an anniversary in Lowell, where the moment is the point; a plant suits a get well wish or a new home.

Funeral flowers in Lowell go to the funeral director or the church, not to a graveside. To send flowers to Lowell for a service, name the funeral director on the order.

A surprise on the step, and who should be told

If the bouquet is a surprise, tell someone at the address, or it may wait on a step during the workday. A note on the order can ask for a particular time, which is a request and cannot be guaranteed.

Include the name the recipient answers to at the door and the house number in full. Ohio addresses can look alike on a short street, and a clear label saves a second trip. Senders ordering from elsewhere can browse other towns across Ohio too.
