Summit, AZ Flower Delivery, Not Six Other States

The deadline comes first for anyone ordering from out of state: 1 PM Arizona time, counted where the flowers are going. An order placed before 1 PM Arizona time can arrive that same day; a later one is made on the next working day. Delivery runs Monday through Saturday, and Sunday delivery is not available.

The Arizona hour itself never shifts, but yours may, so an order from a daylight-saving state meets a moving gap. Arrivals come between 9 AM and 7 PM, and a wish for the morning or the afternoon can go in the notes, as a wish.

Same day flower delivery in Summit is built by a florist near the recipient and carried to the door, so the stems arrive upright and in water.

Six Other States, One Right Order

Washington, Illinois, New Jersey, Arkansas, South Carolina and Mississippi each have a Summit, and an order placed from a search result can end up addressed to the wrong one.

Before paying, check that the order reads AZ and ZIP 85756. Each of the other towns sits in its own state with its own ZIP, so the last line of the address is where a mix-up shows.

Summit AZ, typed without a comma, is the search to use if you come back later. A browser that remembers an old address may fill in the wrong state on its own, so read the form once, top to bottom, before you order flowers.

Summit is a census-designated place, not an incorporated town, so the mailing address for a delivery may also show a different town name. Copy the address from the recipient's own mail.

Tucson Holds the Seat Above Summit

On the county level, orders here fall under Pima County, AZ, with Tucson as the seat, so a gift for someone in county government may need a Tucson address.

The county listing gathers the other communities, Green Valley and Marana among them, so relatives in several of them can be reached with separate orders from the same catalog. Past the county line, Cochise County, AZ borders Pima, and an order there follows the same cutoff and the same six-day week.

The 2020 census counted 4,724 residents on 4.5 square miles, a spread that puts flower deliveries at houses, apartments and small workplaces fairly close together.

For an apartment, include the building and unit number and any gate code the recipient shares. For a house, the number, street and ZIP are enough, with a landmark if it sits back from the road. For a workplace, add the business name and choose a weekday.

Funeral flowers in Summit go to the service named in the notice or to the family house; a standing piece suits the first, a smaller vase piece the second.

Tucson, Sahuarita and Drexel Heights

Tucson, AZ and Drexel Heights, AZ are neighbors, and Sahuarita, AZ is nearby as well. Each has delivery terms of its own, and a relative who mentions living near Tucson may have an address here or in the city itself.

South Tucson and Valencia West are also on the list of neighbors, which shows how close the boundaries sit. The ZIP settles it: 85756 is the code for this listing.

Two relatives in two of these places need two orders, each with its own card, and florist delivery to both can be arranged for the same day.

For a birthday in Summit, one generous design at the party house tends to land better than several small ones scattered around town.

A Card Worth Reading in Summit

With six other towns of that name, the card is also where the recipient sees the gift was meant for them. Sign with the name they use for you, and add a relation or a place if your name is common: "from your old neighbors by the lake" says more than an initial.

Two lines are plenty on a small card. For a condolence, write your full name so the family can reply; for a graduation or a new job, one line of pride is enough.

If the gift is from a group, a class or an office team, put the group name first and a few names after; a long list of signatures is hard to fit on a small card.

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has on hand, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement. A photo of the finished design reaches you afterwards, at no extra charge.

A search for flower shop in Summit ends on this page; the design itself comes from a Summit florist near the recipient, and a florist in Summit's part of the county carries it in.
