Monroe, LA Flower Delivery to Homes and Offices

Avalon Place and other care home rooms

As the parish seat, this city has the courthouse, hospitals and a long list of care homes, so many orders go to a named building rather than a house. Avalon Place, a care home in ZIP 71203, receives flowers with the resident's full name and room on the order.

Other homes include The Oaks in 71201 and Delta Grande Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation in 71202. Rooms are small, and a compact vase design or a potted plant sits better on a windowsill than a tall piece that needs a table of its own.

A resident who will be there for months gets more from a plant; a short rehab stay suits cut flowers. Either way, the card should be readable at arm's length.

Ten states, one Louisiana Monroe

Ohio, Georgia, Michigan and Washington each have a Monroe, as do North Carolina, Indiana, Utah, Oregon, Wisconsin and Iowa, so an order placed in a hurry can put the flowers in the wrong state. Before paying, check that the summary reads Louisiana and a local ZIP such as 71201 or 71203.

The city had 47,697 residents at the 2020 census, and flower deliveries across Monroe LA run from single houses to large apartment complexes and campus halls. West Monroe, LA is a separate city with its own page, and so is Richwood, LA; if the recipient's mail says either, start there. A friend who moved recently may still use the old town name in conversation, so confirm the current address, street and ZIP, before you pay.

Evangel Christian University of America orders

For a student at Evangel Christian University of America, flowers go to the campus address the student uses for mail, with the building and room. An office on campus accepts deliveries on weekdays; a residence hall may have no front desk, so add a phone number the student answers. Flowers delivered to a residence hall during exam week are a welcome break, and the number keeps them from sitting in a lobby. A student who lives off campus is simpler still: use the apartment address and unit, and the order is handled like any other home.

Graduation and the end of a semester are the busy weeks on any campus, and a congratulations bouquet is safest ordered a day ahead. Write the graduate's name as the school lists it.

Sign it the way old friends would

Whether the flowers go to a hospital, a campus or a front porch, the card is how the recipient learns who sent them. Sign with the name they know, and add one line of reason: a Monroe birthday, a finished degree, a thank-you for a favor.

For funeral flowers in Monroe, name the deceased and how you knew them. Kilpatrick Funeral Homes in 71202 is one of the funeral homes in town; give the service hour on the order so the piece reaches the room in time. An anniversary card for a couple in a care home can mention the year they married; it gives visitors something to talk about.

Offices, the courthouse and reception

Business addresses need the company name, the department and the recipient's name as the front desk knows it. Arrivals land between 9 AM and 7 PM, and flowers go out Monday through Saturday; Sunday delivery is not available, so a weekend order for a closed office should go home. The courthouse and parish offices keep weekday hours, which makes Friday the last sure day for a desk there. Hospitals are the other common weekday address; for a patient at St Francis Medical Center in 71201, give the patient's name as admitted and the room, and ask the family first whether the unit takes flowers.

Parish government sits here, and Ouachita Parish, LA counts 157,874 people. For addresses over the parish line, Lincoln Parish, LA and Caldwell Parish, LA have their own pages, and the Louisiana delivery page reaches everywhere else in Louisiana.

Gated Monroe complexes and front desks

Large complexes are common in a city this size, and their buildings often look alike from the parking lot. Apartment deliveries need the unit number and the building letter, and a gated complex needs the gate code or a phone number the recipient picks up. Without either, Monroe flower delivery to a gated complex can end with the vase waiting at a leasing office.

Flower types may be substituted for what the local florist has on hand, with no change to the size, shape or value of the arrangement. Same day flower delivery in Monroe needs the order in before 1 PM Central time; on an Eastern clock that is 2 PM, on a Pacific one 11 AM.

People looking for a flower shop in Monroe will find no storefront through this page, and none is needed. To send flowers to Monroe, order flowers from the catalog; a florist in Monroe makes it, florists near Monroe cover Sterlington too, and Monroe, LA flower delivery ends with a photo of the finished arrangement sent to you at no extra charge.
