Atlantic County, NJ Flowers by Hand

Mays Landing is the county seat and one of the quieter addresses on this page, which is a fair picture of the whole place: the courthouse is inland and the crowds are on the sand.

A Funeral in Atlantic City

Greenidge Funeral Homes takes a large share of the sympathy orders that come into Atlantic City, and a standing spray sent there needs to be at the room before the family is. On the island that means a good hour of margin against what the card says.

For a delivery to the house instead, a low wide piece is easier to place and easier to keep. Preferred Care at Absecon and other residences prefer that shape too, because a member of staff has to move it at some point.

Sympathy orders are the ones most often placed from far away, which is why the recipient clock rather than the sender clock is the one this page keeps repeating.

Thirty Five Towns, Mays Landing First

Mays Landing sits on 08330 and holds the county buildings. Atlantic City is out on the island under 08401, Somers Point faces the bay to the south, and Northfield lies between the two on 08225.

Thirty one ZIP codes cover 556 square miles of Atlantic County, and the spread between an island address and a pine country one is most of an hour. That is the single reason the town pages exist under this one.

Nearby Brigantine and Ventnor City

Brigantine and Ventnor City are the two other island pages, and both are the kind of place where a summer rental needs a unit number as well as a street. Hammonton is inland on 08037 and behaves nothing like either.

Meadowview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Northfield and Shore Medical Center in Somers Point are the two named addresses that come up most, and both want a room or wing on the order rather than only a name.

Hammonton Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is the inland equivalent, an hour from the boardwalk and served by a different florist entirely. Nothing about Atlantic County reads the same at both ends of that drive.

The 1 PM Cutoff at Somers Point

Orders that reach us before 1 PM Eastern time are delivered to an Atlantic County address the same business day. After that hour the piece goes out on the next working day, and the sender is told which one.

Flower delivery runs Monday through Saturday and lands between 9 AM and 7 PM, and Sunday is not available on the island or off it. Around 279,114 people live here, and in July the road onto the island is what decides an afternoon run.

Flower types may be substituted for what the florist has that day without the size or value changing, and a photo of the finished piece is sent at no extra charge. Anything that arrives wrong has three days to be raised, and a replacement, a refund or a partial credit is where that goes.

New Jersey senders tend to know the island road already; senders from outside NJ usually do not, and that is the gap this page is written to close. Every county in the state is indexed at the New Jersey county list and the arrangement catalog shows each design at the size it is sold in.

Cape May County, NJ begins south of the canal, and Ocean County, NJ runs up the coast from the northern edge of Atlantic County.
