Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: June 2026
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into binding contracts. Quick Flower Delivery reserves the right to refuse or terminate any affiliate at its sole discretion.
2. Commission
Affiliates earn 12% commission on the subtotal (excluding tax and delivery fees) of each qualifying order placed within 30 days of the customer's last click on a tracked link.
3. 5-day hold & reversals
Commissions are recorded as "pending" for 5 days after the order is placed. During this window, refunds and cancellations will reverse the commission. After 5 days the commission is approved and locked in.
4. Attribution
Attribution is single-source, last-click, 30-day cookie. Only one affiliate can be credited per order. The cookie may be overwritten by a later affiliate click within the window.
5. Prohibited promotion
- No bidding on Quick Flower Delivery brand keywords on any ad platform.
- No spam, unsolicited messaging, or incentivized clicks.
- No misrepresenting the brand, offers, or commission structure.
- No coupon-stuffing or browser-extension-based cookie injection.
- Self-referral (using your own link to buy for yourself) is not permitted.
6. FTC disclosure
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in line with FTC guidelines and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Payouts
Payouts are issued on the 1st of each month for approved commissions of $50 or more. Balances under $50 roll forward. Payouts are made via PayPal or bank transfer as selected in your dashboard.
8. Tax responsibility
You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned. We may require additional tax documentation (e.g. W-9 or W-8) if your annual approved commissions approach reporting thresholds.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time. Earned, approved commissions will be paid on the next regular payout date.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
